Cool video, love the guitar! I did a 5150 project several years back using a Musikraft neck and body. It’s my favorite project guitar I’ve ever done. It has a SD custom in it. Great pickup IMO. It’s not relic'd, but my excuse is that it’s as if Eddie had just painted it before all the touring.
2005 Edward started his relationship with Fender/Charvel ( I think Jim DeCola from Peavey worked there then) they put out the Charvel Art Series - W&B Franky, Bee and Franky pattern then the EVH Brand started around 2006 when he did the prototype 5150 Amp Wolfgangs came shortly after. Great video
Love the guitar. I'd love to have that. I have an EVH and Kramer 84 Reissue. The Kramer 84 Reissue has a very similar headstock to your 5150. Thanks for doing the video and sharing this. Do you have a special case for yours? 😮🎸 Wonder if you could put some Lock-Tight on that nut on the input jack? Tighten it down snug. I bet it wouldn't come loose. Cool guitar
@@DeputyVanHalen5150 thanks man that means a lot. I know I enjoy always watching videos too but I try and be different than most if I can. I appreciate the support buddy.
That’s sick man! I had a couple opportunities to purchase the ESP VH250 but never had the money available at those times, life... Those are great and super rare. You got some great guitars/finds my man. Congrats!!
@@ddoouubblleess What it doesn't have though is the unfinished neck like yours. I've had a few Peavey wolfgangs and that neck.. The ESP neck isn't as nice as those. It feels just like a normal jap Kramer.
Awesome guitar!
Thanks Johnny
Hey Kyle, I just found this video...thanks for the good words my friend...I really appreciate that!! Love what you're doing...keep it up brother!!
Thanks man! You were actually my very first RUclips video ever! I’ve always been a fan of your work! You keep it up man!
This guitar is THE holy grail!!!
Awesome!
Thanks man!
I have the same 5150 model from Meanstreet but it's the non relic version. Great guitar and fantastic build quality.
It really is a great instrument!

does it play?????????
Yes lol 😂
@@ddoouubblleess Fire it up!! 😀
How’s that pickup held in there? I can see there’s no screws
There’s two small screws in the legs of the pick up. They’re there but very small screws. It’s direct mounted to the body.
I have an original 89 Kramer/ESP VH250 5150.
