I now have to say goodbye to my Mother who has been diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer aged 91. Life just doesn't seem very fair sometimes. I lost my Son and Grandson in 2013. In the last 2 years I've lost my Father, my Aunt and the love of my life my husband Ian. Now my mum is going too 😓😓😓

None of us were meant to stay here forever. Every loss is painful though. The early one's and the latter one's. I still have my mum but lost my dad when I turned 6. I believe we'll all be reunited one day!

Had the privilege of hearing Jimmy sing this poignant song at rewind north 2021.Shame i had a total dickhead kicking of with me and my partner,when we were applauding n whistling Jimmy over the personal reasons why he wrote it.
It is still relevant 35years later.x
