- The Erie County Department of Senior Services, in collaboration with the Center for Elder Law & Justice held the annual Elder Law Day event on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at the Buffalo Niagara Marriott on Millersport Highway in Amherst.
This popular event is provides seniors and their families with valuable information and resources on a variety of legal issues related to aging.
Those who attended were able to receive free legal consultations, participate in educational workshops, and talk to organizations during a resource fair.
Older Adults can also find assistance by calling Erie County's NY Connects Helpline at (716)858-8526. NY Connects provides access to free, objective, comprehensive information and assistance on long term services and supports for people of all ages or with any type of disability.
