I have the Pit Posse lift, which is very similar. Mine has wheels which I really like because you can spin the bike and move it around the shop for any reason.
Speaking of winter maintenance, that would be a very helpful video. I’m new to storing a dirt bike and what should be done when putting away for the winter !
drain float bowl on carbureted bikes, remove spark plug and put 10cc of oil in cilinder, put plug back in, put the bike on a stand to relieve suspension and kickstand, remove battery and store in room temperature to prevent it from dying
I have nearly the same lift and it works great! Have my XC-w up on it right now replacing the carb and fork rework. The oil changes are easier...just everything is better to work on with it up in the air. I bought the Dragway Tools 300 Lb Motorcycle Dirt Bike Stand from amazon. I like it because the stand has heavy casters that allow you to move the bike around if needed.
I really like the idea its cheap to raise my bike, but I have a scooter. so there are no foot peddles to put that spring onto, so how would you handle that one?
Great review Kyle, looks like a worthwhile product. I may have missed it but I didn't hear you mention the capacity rating for this stand. Just curious if it would handle some of the more "curvy" dual sport bikes. Thanks dude!!
I have a pressure cleaner on my car and after riding it's always a hastle to get the wheels and bottom clean. I haven't bought a regular lifter cause I have a kickstand. Does it sound like a good idea to use it for washing purposes? Being that high I am sure I will be able to get it well cleaned towards the bottom without any trouble. Or should I just buy a regular stand where the wheels are not touching the ground but not that high?
I'm trying to buy one but you link above only shows me all your referrals; but I do not see this one. Any update on this? Are you still referring this stand? Looking to purchase a good stand in the next couple of days.
my wife just bought it for me for father's day . it is AWESOME !

Does it fit under the bike with wheels?
Always get a car salesmen vibe from you but this is a great and honest review. Thorough to the important details and you sped through them. Well done.
I’ve had that stand for two years also. I love it.

At the very least I'd suggest running the gas out of the carb/efi system before storing it that long.

winter ride, dont be a fair weather rider...snow is fine
Dirt Bike Channel ok! Thanks for the reply
walter cohee I live on the east coast of Canada, winter time here is usually -15/-20 most days.
Hey Kyle, can you do a tour of your shop/garage ?
Good idea.
Damn I have a tusk but I like the way yours uses springs to hold the bike to the stand. I wonder if I can buy just those parts and fit them on mine?
I really like that stand. Great vid thank you

Great 👍🏻 review , how is it changing the oil on the KTM?
I change the oil on the ground. I just end up getting oil everywhere every time anyway!
Mine won't go up either, how did you end up fixing that problem?
Good review, now I need one ☝🏽

Good job it was needed.👏🏻👏🏻
Cool piece of equipment! Kyle what type/brand of camera are you using for the indoor/garage videos? Image quality is amazing!
That's a very nice stand for the money. I have a hydraulic one too, but only gets the wheels off the ground. Saves my back though :)
i have the same stand and love it
I want one with wheels low enough to roll under without lifting the bike
Will this work with a Husky 701 SM?
Love this dood
Had mine for 2 months and its already failed and wont hold pressure
I was thinking of buying a 1090r. Do you think that stand would lift it?
nop, 136kg max... only for MX/Enduro bikes...
Has anyone tried putting a Suzuki DR650 on this thing?
It would definitely lift a Dr650
It looks like your chain is adjusted too tight
Damn make some options for a kid to afford
VinnyYZ ..use a cinderbock, I will make a review on it
