Isobel is a brilliant young actress. that was too good, love how she called Gordon sick, it reminded me of when Robert told him ,he was sick after Aaron told him he was abused.

Liv reminds me so much of baby Aaron, strong, tenacious, fiercely protective, feisty, fighter, willing to go to the mat for the people they love. I hope Aaron will be able to guide her like Paddy guided him.

I love the way Aaron smiles when Liv says she wasn't abused.
I'm so relieved they made Liv's testimonial realistic. It seems quite fair.
I thought she would side with Aaron, but never as decidedly and explosively as this.
Casting got it right when they chose the actress to play Aaron's sister.

I knew Liv would stand by Aaron in the end. She saw through Gordon's lies and manipulation and made sure everyone knew what he was like. Aaron's reaction was brilliant - before, he looked as though he'd lost all hope but when Liv spoke up for him, the gratitude on his face says it all. Danny Miller and Isobel Steele were incredible.
This was the best episode in a long time and the end is amazing... 😃

I fucking love Aaron and Chas. Best moments in this story imo were those in that episode at the beach. That whole episode about just them was brilliant. Oh and I´ll say it again: this girl is a great little actress. Way better than normal for that age in soapland. Perfect casting to become Danny Miller´s "sister".
I like that "what's up, bitch" nod Aaron gives to Gordon.

If you watch the scene her evidence isn't worth twopence. All she does is give her opinion that Aaron is honest and wouldn't make it up and that Gordon is a bully. She provides no material evidence, neither does she give any that would add to the beyond reasonable doubt test that he had done it. The only thing she didn't do is play the recording. Which in any case would be likely to be inadmissable evidence as it hadn't been disclosed to all parties beforehand and the manner of getting the recording was probably breaking the law.
Whilst the issue of the disclosure of the rape and acting has been excellent by Danny and Ryan, this week's court action has been poor. Obviously due to the nature of the offence and also the time of broadcast some of the witness statements would not be suitable. Really and truly the only fact is that provided by Sandra of what she heard being said by Aaron and his father in the bathroom.
The payment to another 'victim' was a poor choice and added little to the story and I think it would have been far better to let the story run to its conclusion.
Well can she, she was a kid.
