Cain's words of wisdom are just what Aaron needed. Robert also did a splendid job throughout this ordeal. Aaron is such a lucky man to be surrounded by people that will, no matter what, stand by him.
great Aaron/Liv scene. They're really believable as brother and sister and Isobel resembles Danny a bit They work well together. Robert crying was ...wow
Jeez, all they need is a psychologist or two to point out that all of Aaron's "misbehaviors" are consistent with childhood survivors of sexual abuse. It annoys me that they don't just poke holes straight through the defense.
This scene was so emotional to watch. Watching Robert tear up as he listened to Aaron's barrister give her incredibly poignant and moving closing speech broke my heart. He has been a rock for Aaron throughout all of this and remained so strong and it was here that his own emotions finally overwhelmed him - it was the part about Aaron being abused by the very man who was supposed to keep him safe that got him. I think this really hit home for Robert and possibly made him think of his own late father, Jack. He was a good man, the complete opposite of Gordon. Great acting by Ryan Hawley.
Is Ryan suffering from allergies or does Robert have tears in his eyes? O.o I'm glad that Aaron and Liv mended fences. She came through in the end. I'm also glad that she's staying with Sandra. Something is up with her, probably whatever will ultimately lead to Liv moving in with Aaron. Robert comforting Aaron, wow wow. And Aaron *let* him, more importantly. The episodes this week have just been stellar.
I would not want to be on that jury. Such a hard deliberation when it really comes to "he said" and "he said something different." Proud of Liv. though. She finally did the right thing, but unfortunately, she may be perceived as unreliable, because she kinda recanted what was expected. Moreover, IF Gordon is convicted, he can appeal and the defense could uncover the bribery incident, which could at the very least grant him a new trial.
+122avis yeah but to be honest I don't think emmerdale would be that realistic. I think if Gordon was sent to prison then that would be that. If he's not guilty I'm pretty sure someone will kill him and them never go to prison
What the judge said really got me to think of all the possible cases where such an accusation would be made and the person really was innocent, but there was enough testimony working against the person that they somehow seemed guilty. That's freaking depressing. If I were a member of that jury I really would be on the rocks.
Hay Aaron and robert you can do this be song of our safe and our family and firends and haveing robert we all love you see you soon love Nicola, xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Rob crying over Aaron at 1:55 wow. Honestly, the man nearly never cries, but here he is crying out of concern for his soulmate. It's just beautiful.
+Jenn Swag But why did the camera pull away so quickly? It's unfair.
