Iv long sought a way to explain how Im guided on my spiritual path and often thought Im really just crazy but this communication has become almost a daily routine from the minute I wake up till I go to bed. I have a mantra I breath in for about 4 secunds and i say (think) while doing so I am that I am, then I hold my breath for about 2 seconds and say (think) I am .Then finally I breath out for about 8 seconds and let everyth go or be as it is without need of thinking. anything..

I like the idea of using heart not brain But I can't accept that we are not one with god even if our mind doesn't seem to realize it. Christianity seems to have been taken over and perverted by church so I seek outside of church I hope to find truth before death but must accept what is Peace and love to you

I got so frightened that I wanted it to end, so I went with that pain. I had an NDE I got ripped out of my physical body. Along the way I saw Jesus and he gifted me to feel his divine essence. I remembered everything I experienced as I was brought back into my physical. The blood of Christ is in all of us. His sacrifice was the ultimate gift to us all. When you say to yourself I'm such a klutz? I'm not worthy? or anything negative? That's not you.Those thoughts don't come from you & it's so easy to listen to them & feel worthless. Realise we're those thoughts come from? Like Jesus we are 100% love and its through love that we reach our Father 🤍🕊
