Nope. The habitable zone will be way past Saturn’s orbit if you replace Sun with Betelgeuse. All of Saturn’s major moons would turn into extremely hot balls of magma, Saturn would lose its rings to the unrelenting heat from Betelgeuse & Saturn’s atmosphere would heat up way past 1,000° F which would cause it to become a Hot Saturn. (A Saturn-like planet that has really high atmospheric temperatures)

Stephenson 2-18 isn’t the largest star, as the distance used to calculate the size has a 50% uncertainty, and the luminosity is overestimated.
