Nothing makes me more mad than youtube channels making money off an astronomical event with astronomically low odds of happening.

Okay!
Space I'm a big fan bro
Good job
only 2 likes and 3 comments? lemme fox that!
I finally found someone who likes space just as much as you
lol these people are as dramatic as my classmates when they heard a 2 metre meteorite was gonna pass by earth 😂
They probably know nothing about Space. People who know nothing about Space have a reaction like that.
Lol
Yo I got so many likes thanks 😅
They should be, and they are not dramatically. 2 meter asteroids can make a 20 mile crater on earth.
@@HiddenEver nope
Craziest thing is that it actually might have happened but the light just hasn’t reached us
man you are literally the fastest growing space gaming channel RESPECT
respect has been given
😮 it is 2024
i think he is the only space gaming channel

out of all the videos you've made so far this one is my favorite for its originality compared to all the other vids you've done good job
Finally a channel like this, Great job Space Chip, You are officially my favorite youtuber😁😁
Congrats on 300k space chip! You deserve it! 🎉
2:26 Bro Face💀
we will be so lucky if it happens in our lifetime
it sucks that everything in space takes so long because every human wont see or know about 99.999999999999999999999999999999999% things that happen in space
It probably won't be watchable because it's so far away
@@emilstojanov6001 it will, just not by us
Why would be lucky? Even though it may look pretty, there isn't anything good (at least which i can think about) about a star going supernova.
more like 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999%

One of the first videos i ever watched from you was a short when i first watched you, you only had 220K Subs! Its amazing on how much you improved in just a couple of months
ngl space chip is at least in the top 3 most underrated youtubers EVER.
Day after day everything you do is very much appreciated!!!
4:30 THANK YOU FOR ADDRESSING THISSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I WAS SCREAMING THIS AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS AT THESE VIDEOS
THANK YOU SO MUCH
your channel has grown so fast a few months ago you had like 100ksubs great job
congrats with 300K!!!!
Imagine that your about to die in a few thousand years and some tiny creatures milk your death chance to the limit
that's 1 way to put it
Congrats on 300k
If you think about it, Betelgeuse could’ve already exploded. If it did we wouldn’t know for about 642.5 years since Betelgeuse is about that many light years away from earth.
Possible. To what i believe somewhere in the 1300's betelgeuse could have gone supernova but since its super far away the light hasnt reached us yet. so its possible
if it did it would be possibly december last year
Thank God it’s not happening now
@@miguelmichaluci128it won’t do a thing to us, it would be better to be visible now.
@@miguelmichaluci128 It's very far away from us so when it will supernova it wouldn't affect an orbit so it wouldn't have any negative effects to us, just beautiful.
one youtuber said that it will happen in the next 100,000 years, and that there is a slight slight chance(awfully slim chance) we see it in our life time(and you see his short on it)
I remember seeing one of these fake livestreams. All they want is for you to watch the stream and waste your time
hey! love your videos
Nice video! Big fan of your channel Chip! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for telling me I’ve been watching that lifestream for like over a month now

The way you went 50 percent brighter 👁️👄👁️
I once saw a video that said “Betelgeuse is about to go supernova possibly any day now!” 😂
Technically correct but it's anytime... in the next 100,000 years lmfao
@@MetalCharloyea probably not in our life times
Space Chip very good introduction for Betelgeuse. :) All your clips is very interesting. Keep it up!
do you remember me I am that Luke guy who was at your live when you had only 10k and I was subbed since 1k I loved watching you grow and you are litteraly blowing up 3 months ago you only had 40k subs keep it up

Thanks space_ship❤
Thanks so much I been watching ur vids for so long and I love them❤
I love space and your videos makes it even more fun
Hey, can you make two white holes collide somehow? I mean I know that they repel but it would be cool to see!
@Andjenie Kali huh
he meant "Hey Chip, teach HD 100546 b a lesson by throwing Stephenson 2-18 into it."
MAKE YOU OWN COMMETS GUS
Yeah…
@@jasminehall5168 *guys
OOOOOH here’s an idea for a Space Engine video: Try to look for a moon that has multicellular life life (subglacial doesn’t count), orbits a gas giant that: a) looks cool, (so not something like saturn, which is only one color, maybe it could be like a rainbow color, similar to, idk Neptune) and b) HAS RINGS (the rings are VERY important because a gas giant with no rings is not that cool in my opinion). I’m very curious of what you find!
love your videos bro
Elite camera voice !!!
I swear, there's only 3 astronomy channels i can trust: NASA, AstroKobi, and SpaceChip
So true
Scott Manley? ESA? NASA JPL?
I agree with u bro
fax
First chip… and can you pls make every single planet orbit Jupiter (dwarf included)
Now I'm hearing about it happening sooner than we thought and I try not to believe the fools. I think in 100,000 years, it will go and I hope I'm not alive when it happens because I'll have a huge heart attack and depression would swallow me whole. I don't know, it's just I love Betelgeuse and I don't want to see it go.
It'll likely happen in the next few decades. At least it's going down in a huge beautiful supernova.
The science scam crisis video is a good primer for why these channels are everywhere
This is really interessting the first time i heard of it
Space chip, you deserve more subs.
i remember seeing a channel that did "live mars livestreams" from like a rover or whatever, and some guy in the chat said he was on mars lol
A suggestion for space simulator is to make the biggest possible star and make the biggest possible black hole and see what happens if they get near each other
i think the black hole will win
True
When you say Betelgeuse has exploded 5 thousand times in the span of 5 years.
I am fascinated with space too
Great new type of content,I like it
The first video you clicked specifically says "let's hope we can observe it in our lifetime" so all they're really saying is that the process may have begun. We have no idea how long it will actually take if it's started.
Got distracted from a nebula
Ive seen this livestream and I think it has been live for like a few months now 😂😂😂
I remember When you hit 60k!
Also can you make Jupiter into a rocky habitable planet?
The chance of Betelgeuse going supernova this year is 0.000001%
Im happy you adressed this
Hey space chip, when are you going to do another part of the Jupiter mission and bring the astronauts back?
the betleguese live streams got me weeks ago like 2 months ago lmao
Hey Space Chip, you should try to the sun eat the milky way and the Andromeda galaxy at the same time plz
Hey chip. You deserve A subscriber
Idea: Make a planet glow by using ONLY tidal heating.
Thank God we are far enough to get not reached by the betelgeuse's supernova
I love how when they say something weird is happening space chip makes his eyes huge
can you play the flying simulator in the space engine menu PLEASE (again)
Sirius: I’m the brightest star in the sky
Betelgeuse: Are you sure about that?
Video Idea: Look in the center of 10 or 20 Galaxies
Orion needs a new elbow
congrats for 300k subs sry im late
You should check out the sombrero galaxy
Imagine it actually explode this year
You saved me for being scared about Beetlejuice exploding this year
It’s Not Beetlejuice It’s Betelgeuse
A good well reasoned report!! 👍👍
Can you search for white holes to see if they exist ?? I love you content 😊
They were never seen neither some side effects made by them, they still are just a theoric concept born by results in the field equation of Einstein
But let's not forget also black holes were just predicted as solutions of the field equations and then discovered
7:29 "milking you" like WTH
edit: i luv your vids!
RUclips should Google it and then RUclips reports them
After you save the landers on Jupiter, send those landers to caloris planatia and borealis planitia on mercury
Chip you are amazing and nice and giving us facts about space
i be seeing these every time i watch youtube shorts
Waiiit The Orion thingy would be broken into two parts 😦😧😮🫨😱

tip : if betelgeuse would supernova in 2023, nostradamus would write this in his book
3:46 the voice in this is litteraly an ai voice 💀💀
I recognize it
remember me when you get to 1 mil
Yes, I agree, we will survive it, but they act like their stream will live long enough to actually stream the explosion, it wont, and these channels annoy me
bro hit him with the john pork voice in 3:23 lmao
Imagine putting a camera next to a star that is about to supernova, even if they are just using a telescope or something, i doubt that telescope would be able to catch how much light a supernova actually makes, they are underestimating how powerful supernovas can get
@@osinternals like fr
It is ten months by the release of the video and Betelgeuse has doubled in size
I wont belive

1:17 nah bro it’s a picture of a red dot on a cheap budget telescope 💀💀💀💀
lol
Yeah, there is no way that's ACTUALLY Betelgeuse, there is NO WAY
The first guy loops the timer, every 30 minutes it resets
Thanks for making this video. I love astronomy and when I saw this about Betelgeuse going supernova, pop up on my screen, I got really excited. Then I looked it up, like I always do, to fact check, I discovered the 100,000 years. I’m amazed at how much misinformation is out there about this
It could possibly go supernova in a couple decades, so it's not 100% misinformation, but it's more likely than you would think.
suggestion:
go far away from milky way to other galaxy and search for another habitable planet and make that unknown habitable planet more habitable(100%)
going to other galaxies is only possible in space engine but terraforming is in universe sandbox so your suggestion is sadly not possible according to my knowlegde
@@pomrucznikpixelnah you can spawn different galaxy's
What in The Light is Going On
That is a star in the Orion right? ☀️
Hi chip could you try to find the red spider galaxy?
This won’t get any likes
F for people who though the livestreams were real and waiting for betelgeuse to go supernova
Even if it went supernova right now, we won't really know for another 642 yrs
You know how you can clip objects in sfs you should fly to the moon with ONLY RCS. I clipped like 1,200 RCS on one big container and crashed the game when I tried to add more!
