Very cool project I’ve been inspired to build something similar! And love the humor with your little buddy it is just like my humor 😂! Keep up the good work!!
Great solution! Im looking for the same thing to shred water bottles. Could you perhaps make a parts list? Id love to build one I just dont have alot of time to research parts 😅
😃Different ways would be possible..in this particular design the main components are: 1 angle grinder polishing adapter with M14 inner and M10 top thread, 1 M10 nut+washer and 1 flange ball bearing with 20mm inner diameter
Great design! I think I am going to try to build one for shredding 3d prints. Currently working on a filament extruder for recycling failed/prototype prints. Keep up with the videos!
@@makershustle I will give it a try and see what prints (material and thickness) can be shredded. The cost of building the shredder is low enough to try even if it doesn't work.
Thank you 😊!! Just arround 10:30 🙈..originally it was planed showing a few seconds normal speed than timelapse..than other hustle came across while editing..but will think of when the Shredder got a comeback ✌
Thx, as far I know it´s the first real working DIY Arkorgraf/Elektroschreiber (old german Invention) on the Internet, normaly it gets moved by hand. It was my plan to show instruktions of a version 2 of the device in the next Video...but time, money, health..hope this year I accomplish a view Videos ✌
Hi, I tryed High-speed steel (HSS) as thick blade because thin would snap to easy => still dangerous and thick blade don´t seem to be good. I tryed regular 316 Steel => bend way too easy. I thought about buying and trying spring steel, but Bread knifes are cheap and local available so I went with this => Works great but it broke on the bent after shredding heavy 3D printed parts... So it´s onto you to start further experementations. PS: New Shredder Video is planned but as first next Video will be electic Jet Ski from electric scooter and both hopefully more fun to watch than my new video..SRY the musik came out too loud and just mabye a bit stressful 🙈😅
@@rcalin9354 Even larger 3D printed parts with 3 times 0,8mm outer shell shredding is working quite nice, but it made dents in the cooking pot, brake the acrylic on top and bend the blade. Gas bottle as Container and thicker blade and it should be the perfect low budget 3D print shredder 🤫😉
Hi, I´m sorry and a bit sad to say, already working besides my job at the moment on a kickstarter release (new Shredder Video planned, next e-scooter Jet Ski) so got not much time. Anyway Thank you for asking 😎 and if money isn´t your problem,.. of course there would be a price like 280€...mail is in the description✌
Exactly what i was looking for! Special thanks from western USA!
My pleasure, you´re welcome😃..if that´s the right words to say cool and thx for thx 🤔
I admire your creativity, this is a fantastic and straight forward solution 👍
Thx verry kind 😊

just what I was looking for, Thanks
Nice 💪☺ would be cool to see a picture of your Version...no assumption of risk..so be careful, it´s a crazy machine‼✌
Great idea.
THX😊

@@Kris2832hi, did you manage to build one? Can it shred pla? Thanks
@@rcalin9354 Haven't finished it yet, will update when i do👍
Très bon travail et bonne idée pour le recyclage. Faite nous une petite machine pour les bouteilles en plastique. Merci
Merci, Les bouteilles devraient également fonctionner avec cela...(Google Translate ;) ✌
Very creative, but I would have liked to see it in action.

Good video!
Questions: What is the machine you show at 8:56? Do you have a link showing how to build it?
Keep up the good work!

@@makershustle great, I will wait for your new video, meanwhile, I start to do my own shredder for recycle plastic bottles, Thanks for this.
Cool!

Grandma won't be happy about that pot 👽
No she likes it because since she use it while looking on grandpa he listen what she is saying 😉
Can you make one for me ?
