Dell Made me UPDATE today. I have windows 10. Guess what, all of a sudden I am missing my BLUETOOTH icon and It tells me that this computer wont run it. So I went to Device manager and ACTION and Add Legacy hardware, it does not have BLUETOOTH anywhere. Then I clicked on Network Adaptors and No BLUETOOTH to the Right. What the Hell happened. Now they are saying type in FSQUIRT under System. I do see some and they have the Icon. But what do I do with them???? Please help as I have had a BAD DAY and Now this... Sorry,...MARK V

Actually my issue was with the with the hands-free audio and speaker, so I looked for an application in Lenovo, and downloaded one which match with my Dell PC features and it worked! Now I can pair my earbuds with my PC.

Irony:most motherboards dont have bluetooth device,either you have to purchase a bluetooth device.wifi is faster than bluetooth for data transfer,just buy a usb wif receiver for like 3$ and everyting will be alright!!by the way wifi cum bluetooth reciever also there.

may or may not work for you but something to try. It's how I got mine working. If you got it from amazon or not directly from the makers site the disk you get with the product may be refurbished. What that means is something may have been done to the disk or device or both that is not compatible with you system and may not install the drivers to get product to work. As a matter of fact you should probably just get rid of the disk it came with. Go directly to the makers of the bluetooth device site. In some instances it's not even the name on the box. MY box and product said Techkey but they were not the makers. Just the company that refurbished the product and put there name on it. The makers of mine were Realtek. The makers name should be somewhere on the box it came with. Go directly to the makers site and download the drivers from that site for your product, restart your computer, which you should be prompted to do once drivers are installed anyway and reinsert device and retry connecting your bluetooth device. hope it helps
