Did you cure your foot ? ( I remember that you mentioned about your metatarsalgia in some old vid.) I Had this on my right foot since 1 month and feel terrible now. It feels like sharp pebble beetwen first (big toe ) and second toe. I have trainned my calfs too often i think. I wonder if I can go barefoot again. Is this things curable. I'm 41, not overweighted, had never problems with feet until now. However i got tight right hamstring and calf but working on that almost everyday. Great video and thank you so much for your work! Greetings from Poland.

I greatly appreciate the information on this video. For now I am overwhelmed but am truly positive that I will eventually recover. I am only recently receiving laser therapy and a podiatrist says I have Morton’s. I am glad to see the soft upper shoe one. I wear very squishy flip flops with small arch pad but it pushes on that space between big toe and next toe. A chiropractor recommended the yoga toe separators. Lately I have flaying out all those left foot toes. She also says I need to strengthen ham strings, etc. I was given prescription orthotics many years ago….and my feet healed. I have high arches. I am going to listen often to this video until I fully get clear about my needs. Thk you thk you.

October of 2023 I had Morton neuroma surgery it was in between the second toe and the third toe. He the doctor promised me that my foot would heal in 4 to 6 weeks. It is now going on October of 2024 and I am in pain still feels like I stuck it in a light socket. I still have the feeling like there's a sock up underneath my toes. I'm now going to a new doctor and I've had two shots already. When I had my surgery I was never told to stay off of my foot. He told me that he was going to give me some antibiotics and he never did. Not one time did he tell me to get a knee scooter. Needless to say after the surgery in October of 23 I had to go to the wound care in January of 24. I was in a cast from January until March to heal . My wound was wide open almost infected.. it's a shame that somebody has to go through surgery and you don't get any relief it's made it worse. I'm in a good pair of shoes I'm wearing the Altra. Maybe I should get a pair of Ortho feet shoes but I don't know what size I wear. Can I get some advice

So what happens to feet that were subjected to falanga in a child under 10 that wasn’t treated for 40 years. Other than that person losing their mobility and being in constant severe pain? Is there relief from the pain? I reckon since the whole sole hurts there’s a whole lot wrong.

You have described my symptoms to a T for Mortons. This problem is only on the left foot as of now, can it happen to the other foot over time?
Wondering about sizing on the Ortho shoes, do I go up a half size to allow for the insert or order exact size? Also, appears to be a bunion forming on the problem foot. Any help is appreciated. Thank You

I’m not a doctor, to be clear. I’m not in a big city that has a lot of high end care and quality care. But we do have a few places that offer free testing to help with finding the best fitting shoes and inserts according to your problem areas and your gait. I feel like if they have this kind of help in my location, they must have it in most places.

I got this (in my case caused by poorly fitting cycling shoes). I went through all my footwear and found out which ones caused the least aggravation and just stuck to those. I worked out what activities aggravated it and removed those from my lifestyle. The problem then took about 18 months to gradually get better. The pain is somewhat helpful because it assists in working out what causes or aggravates the problem.

For sure 25lbs would make a huge difference long term, but it can take a few months to lose a significant amount of weight, shoes and insoles are almost a 1 day solution and improvement, and then later get that weight loss in as well! We appreciate you watching! 😊❤🙏

Sadly or maybe not sadly? I don't have pain on the bottom of the foot. I have stabbing pain between the 3rd and 4th toes in the metatarsals on top of the foot and a little further back towards the ankle. I can't seem to find anyone who talks about pain just on top of the foot, not on the ball or arch. No redness, no swelling. Soreness when pressed, but when standing it feels like someone is impaling the metatarsals.

I have this too, I think, hurt so much, thought I might have a stress fracture, x-ray did not show, so getting referral to the Podiatrist. But got some relief wearing a sandal which does not compress the toes at all, icing the foot a few times a day both bottom and on top of the meditarsals, and making sure I am eating steamed kale and other beet greens, 3 times a day, which I put in my salads or eat as is once steamed, with Apple Cider Vinegar. I am 71, and take turmeric capsules, went from taking one capsule at breakfast to 2 capsules breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime. I also take magnesium and potassium now twice a day, as it helps to keep blood pressure down, so that is breakfast and bedtime as it also helps to sleep and stay asleep. If I am in pain, my BP goes up even when I am eating right but found that red grapefruit and its juice, controls both blood pressure and my cholesterol.
My doctor is amazed at my health. I got the meditarsal pain walking 5 miles a day. With the above supplements, also switched to low sodium soy sauce as I basically eat Chinese or Japanese food frequently as I went vegan 10 years ago. So too much sodium, I use then Morton’s Lite Salt which is potassium/chloride vs. sodium/chloride which is our normal table salt. My foot was swollen, and reducing sodium as well as icing my foot makes it feel much better. If you can ice your foot at work when you do your desk work or at lunch time too, and when you get home. If you can elevate your foot at work also will help you. I do have a cane and when the foot is sore, this helps quite a bit too. If it is one foot only, measuring that the swelling is going down to the circumference of the normal foot, measured at the ball of the foot across the meditarsals, it gives me hope as I see the swelling going down.
Epson salts is another way to get relief in soaking your foot as it is magnesium and will help the foot to relax and reduces swelling. Do not make too hot.
Blood circulation: don’t cross your legs or feet. I hope it is only in one foot. Best wishes to you.

@@akkuverma2328i more or less got it cured lets say 95%. By myself. It can still return when i fall back into my old ways. Wear my old shoes that caused it. But at my low i could not walk. Walking the dogs was like i was 93! I had to stop. No shoe or slipper helped. I could not sit or stand or sleep without pain. I sometimes walked and thought how am i getting back.
Then the orthopedistrian gave me flat and wide shoes. He put in a wooden shape under my foot. The left midle part under my foot. On the inside. The part that does touch the ground. Dont know the name. I felt like frankenstein in those shoes. But very slowly i noticed it got better. It still Hurt but i kept going and i felt better. On a weekly basis it went pretty fast. I then started to wear my swedish wooden shoes. Basically within few weeks it was fine again. I noticed i could walk the dog with a good pace. The pain returned sometimes if i overdo it. But the line went up. From not able to walk and getting desperate to running and dancing again. From thinking i had to quit all my work to going at it again.
I also massaged my foot and toes every Day. In the beginning it was to scream. But it got better.
Before getting up every morning and whenever i sat down i moved and stretched my toes. Up and down. Up and down. In bed stretching legs straight and as if i was standing on my heels. So flat in bed toes upward. Heels down. For few minutes. All these things got me where i am today. Its been some time now. Is the pain completely gone? No. But still about 5%. I dont wear those shoes anymore. Still wear the wooden clogs and change shoes.
Most important is that the foot and the toes need space! So no tight shoes that squeeze the toes. I still do that sometimes and thats when i feel a bit of pain. But im fine as it is now. In a way a miracle.
I watched all these clips of different doctors. Been to a doctor and it was humbug. Confused me. So i did my own thing. Listening to my body. My foot and it worked.
On temu.com there are a lot of cheap products under that name. I ordered afterwards a roller to massage my foot. This pain does not have to stay as long as they tell people. Im happy now after a short time. No more stabbing pain. I took some ibuprofen. Not too much.
