From what I understood from your video, you have a full spectrum modified A7IV?
Don't you have problems with the internet IR LED that is present in the shutter mechanism?
I had an A7IV modified a few years ago, with an AstroMod, and I had IR light leak because of this LED...only visible when using a filter directly in front of the sensor. I used the Astrodon Ha filter.

I do yea, just recently got my A7iv full spectrum modified (+ heat sync & dust reduction system added back) by Spencer Camera in the US. I haven't had a chance to properly play with it yet, but as far as I can tell no light leaks! They do extensive testing of different camera models to ensure problems like this don't occur. My old Canon 6D mkii had an astro-mod and I had light leaks through the eyepiece on long exposures.
*Here's an excerpt from their site on Sony models.*
"The Sony A7R series cameras (I, II, III, IV, and V) are now Highly recommended for Visible + H-Alpha modification, but still Not Recommended for FULL SPECTRUM. They have a design flaw that will create an infrared light leak after a FULL SPECTRUM modification has been performed."
