My brother passed on 12/04/2019 he was 18 days shy of what would have been his 55th birthday. I miss him every day
This was my mother and I song. When I was a kid she would sing this song to me at bedtime. She passed away Christmas night in 2017. Since her passing I can't hold back the tears everytime I hear Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Tears came out during this reaction.

I concur...hard to pick a favorite, but for me probably Was I Right Or Wrong, or could be I guess Double Trouble, but then again there's Comin' Home, Mr Banker sure is good to... Yeah we should go with your idea and just put them in a hat for sure, it's just to tough of a call

This song gets me everytime makes me cry I have 2 sons 31 and 25 youngest lives with me and I am lucky they never have fallen on a bad path! I did in my early years a very bad one! Another great song similar to this is Soulshine by the Allman brothers.
Saw them in 1977 in Philly. Right before their plane crash that killed the lead singer. They were phenomenal. Glad you enjoyed them.
