Why would someone invest a higher amount on interior designing rather on buying a bigger plot of land to build his house on. Feels really Stupid
Smaller plot size makes whole layout so much conjusted and even though you have invested much on interiors you would still end up getting non functional house. For example there is no water closet for guests 😂 they will have to go all the way through the house disturbing privacy of people in the ground bedroom. Designer should've given another toilet at the porch section

I couldn't see a single wardrobe in any of the bedrooms. I think there should be atleast one wardrobe in each room.

very nice selection of material, front house elevation, staircase side wall texture, double height false ceiling, checks ceiling all are good but kitchen dining partition and staircase partition can be improved and buddha wallpaper should be placed little above, it will be hide when the sofa is placed there.
There is no point in dividing the terrace into parts. It would be great if there was one big terrace. I think this is a big flaw. Either both the terrace gate should be wider or there should be no wall between them.
