How to turn ON Fan??
I have a suggestion..... Whenever it is a duplex the staircase shd b provided inside the house with access to the upper rooms from inside the house.
Coz the upper level does not have kitchen, everytime to access it u need to go outside the house and then go on top.
Another thing to consider is that there is no major security for the upper level, any outsider can just use the staircase and go up and access the rooms.
