  • You're invited to the Tulane School of Architecture's 2023-24 Lecture Series “Thinking Out Loud,” held in-person on Tulane's Uptown Campus, on Mondays, 5:30pm CST, starting October 16 through April 15, 2024.
    This year, we have themed our lecture series "Thinking Out Loud." Our intent is to redirect attention from conventional architectural outcomes to the underlying ideologies, conceptual structures, and foundational thought processes that drive groundbreaking architectural pursuits. Speakers include:
    Oct. 16: Margarita Jover, Professor at Tulane School of Architecture, and principal and co-founder, aldayjover architecture and landscape.
    Oct. 23: Mónica Ponce de León, Dean and Professor of the School of Architecture at Princeton University and founding principal of MPdL Studio.
    Nov. 13: Jacqueline Shaw, Assistant Professor and Architecture Department Head at the Rhode Island School of Design and founder of Studio Euonym.
    March 4: Maggie Tsang, AIA, Assistant Professor at Rice School of Architecture, and Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Dept.
    April 8: Felecia Davis, Associate Professor at Pennsylvania State University and Director of SOFTLAB @PSU and is principal of Felecia Davis Studio.
    April 15: Weiping Wu, Vice Provost for Academic Programs, Professor and Director of Urban Planning Program, Columbia University.
