On June 27th, 2021, we set out to the Southern California Railway Museum to experience the Run One program. I had a great time running this engine, and all this just had to be edited.
On the downside, you may have to call the museum to make sure that they actually have and keep your appointment. It's enough money as it is.

In order to make a booking for the Run One, you have to call the museum by phone. The phone number is on the SCRM page for Run One. Once you make the booking, they email you some paperwork to fill out prior to arriving. Nearer your desired booking, I recommend calling them at least three days prior to your in advance, because it’s hit or miss with volunteer staff. From my experience, I got there at 9 AM PST, but the real engineer didn’t show up til almost 11. This video wouldn’t be on here if I missed the opportunity, due to staff shortage.
Does that FP45 still carry that M5 horn?

How long is the ride normally
The regular ride is usually 15 minutes or a half hour.
