Every person has to make decisions for himself. It is a brave decision to return from the safe haven to the abyss. Especially to Florida, where conditions are currently becoming increasingly difficult for ordinary citizens.
@@palmsofdestin1 I'm assuming you live in Florida? If so, you should know firsthand what makes life in Florida so difficult for everyday citizens: a racist, irresponsible and criminal Governor Ron DeSantis and his GOP henchmen. Soon Florida will be nothing but a red desert of indoctrinated MAGA freaks that no one wants anything to do with.
@@HayleyAlexis I'm wondering what has been the main cause of difficulties for you - if it's possible to pinpoint one or a few of them at all. I've experienced a couple of times watching efforts of others that progress in a profession is pretty easy and straighforward in Germany if someone fits in with all of his qualifications and certifications. If you don't or, even worse, if there's no such expected set of requirements it can become quite thorny.
Bravo on school and fulfilling your dreams. I have always heard that we are the keepers of where we are at the time we are until our story changes with every chapter and dreams are chances we reach for. You go girl... Again congratulations on your new chapter.
Its sounds like you are making the right decision. I am kind of at that crossroads myself. I moved to California almost 25 years ago. There have been many changes, loss of family connections, the loss of my mother and her sisters being many of them. Plus the cost of living here on the west coast being obnoxious at the least. Is making me question the need to stay here. I am currently in my early 50s, I moved here when I was in my late 20s. My point is, I think you are making a good decision. Nothing lasts forever. This is my first time commenting but have been watching the channel for almost 5years. What does this mean for the future of the channel.
You're going to school in the US and here i am trying to go to Germany to get my masters! I agree, sometimes we consider working extra hard and getting all these doors slammed in our face as "strength" when the reality is that we're ignoring signs and that's holding us back. Best of luck
I agree with you! If something is proving to be very hard no matter the amount of effort you are putting in then it’s the universe telling you this is not the way. This always worked for me. I don’t mean I give up as soon as it gets hard, but more so there is one unexplained obstacle after another then I know the universe is telling me something.
@@Skye_world88 Nah the universe is indifferent to our human suffering and trials just as nature is, I think that's just a way of trying to cope when we feel our own inner resources are not enough to deal with issues. The same reasons people turn to religion. What you feel is "the universe" leading you is really at the end of the day your own judgement and discernment. IMO anyway :)
Hayley, that's great news! Your efforts are rewarded. And you should put your energies to your priorities. Getting an academic degree is demanding. Hence you should create a good environment for yourself. Flipflopping between continents is just a bit to much of a hustle in that case. Just the different time zones would kill me probably. Of course I'm looking forward to see you back in Germany in the future. HOwever, one step after another. I'm wishing you best of luck and best success with your efforts.

Hayley, how cool - and at the same time what a hard decision. Anyway, it is always better to change self-determined than to be changed by others. In any case, good luck! Nevertheless, your view on Germany will be missed!
You need to do what is working for you and I wish you all tge best. From the outside it looks a little like you wanted both things and neither was working for you. A commitment one way or the other will make things easier and you can always change down the road. Best of luck!
Hi Hayley. It's really sad that you will leave Germany. You tried your best but Germany has failed you and so you are going your way. I wish you all the best for your journey, education, life etc. Where ever you might land in the future, the important thing is, that you are happy and enjoying your life. I have been following much your journey here on RUclips and am a bit saddened that you are leaving, but happy for you for your next chapter. Having lived for much of my adult life in the US, but now back in Germany, I will say that you have never been disrespectful of your homeland but pointed out, in an educated manner, the shortcomings as well as the positive aspects...in both. I hope you don't hold the fact that you could not pursue your educational goals here against us here, the same would probably be the case for a German in the US. Hope you don't close the door on us forever, you have been a great "ambassador" fuer Deutschland!
hey I met you several times in my fitness studio. It was a pleasure seeing you in real life. I will miss you in the city where you (and I) live. Good luck for you future and if you need a friend let me know :)
For me it was too much having three places to sleep within one week during 1,5 years, even tho they all were under 2 hours cardrive away. I cannot imagine having to fly back and forth between two continents. 😳
It's a pity, that you are leaving, and i wished, that our country could have been a better place with a better future for you. But i understand, that your heart is telling you, what you really want and really need right now and that you have to follow it. So i wish the best for you in the states and please, let us be a part of it. I like your few of things (and need you as one of my english teachers 😉)! Good luck! 😚
Even though we are all somehow the same, the medical field (apart from laws maybe, I guess) is likely the most difficult ones to move between two worlds. Even if you completed the education in the US, it will be hard to use it in Germany in parallel. Thus, I feel you went for the decision which makes you happy - and that's the best choice then :) Congrats :)

Good luck. Can't imagine a more difficult time to move to Florida and break up the bridges to your old life. But you know best what you want.
All the best of luck. I hope you will find all the things you are looking for. As a German I can say that we will miss your take on things.
Good for you Hayley. You are Brave! Invest in yourself and be independent. You have a bright future ahead of you. There will be emotional moments but stick to your dreams. It will all be worth it
Hey Hayley,I'm proud of you for taking the leap of faith and i want to wish you the very best. Do it scared, just get it on!At the end,it will all be worth it.Cheering you on girl🎉🎉
Congrats ❤.... Glad you are moving to the beat of your own drum... You'll succeed and be where you are supposed to be...
I feel you, been there done that and i am so grateful for taking the decision to seek better oppurtonities out side germany! 2 years pass now and im regretting the time i wasted nocking the doors 😉 Good luck 🥳
Congrats and good luck with your future.
good luck heartily!
I have a sister in law who is a nurse so these requirements sound very familiar . Study hard work hard and don’t give up . If being a nurse is in your heart stay focus working towards your goal
all the best for you Hayley - you deserve all the luck of the world! and thank you for your fantastic content which made me laugh more then once. we can be lucky to have had you here in good ol germany. the doors are always open for you! fare well.. ♥
Das Universum entscheidet ... All the best to you! ♥
You are inspiring and I congratulate you on your hard work. I wish you all the well for your future plans and hope you will not forget about Germany 🙂
It is hard to accept when things are just not working out like you want them to, yes. Especially with such mayor things in life. Whatever the future will hold for you, I am sure you will conquer it in the end. We definitely rooting for you whatever happens and also keeping the door open for you to come back. The most important thing right now is probably stability and I know you will achieve it. :)
Wow! This sounds exciting! Eine Ausbildung in einem Feld, das man liebt, is worth all the hussle! (See, I pulled one Hayley there. 😂)
No one knows, what the future brings, so one has to take one step after another. And if the next step takes you to school in the US, so be it. Good luck and don't worry. Your Lebenserfahrung, your levelheadedness and your Menschlichkeit will be a great asset to your studies. ❤
Hayley, how cool - and at the same time what a hard decision. Anyway, it is always better to change self-determined than to be changed by others. In any case, good luck!
Nevertheless, your view on Germany will be missed!
Congratulations Hayley!!!!🎉🎉❤
🎉thank you ❤
Congratulations 🎉
This is very inspiring
P.S I’m down to you making videos in the states about Germany as well :)
Kommt Mike mit? Er wollte doch immer nach Amerika.
Schade, dass du nicht in Deutschland studieren kannst. Aber schön, dass du deine Träume erfüllen kannst. ❤
You need to do what is working for you and I wish you all tge best.
From the outside it looks a little like you wanted both things and neither was working for you. A commitment one way or the other will make things easier and you can always change down the road.
Best of luck!
Wishing you all the best!
All the best for your future and do stay in contact
Hi Hayley.
It's really sad that you will leave Germany. You tried your best but Germany has failed you and so you are going your way. I wish you all the best for your journey, education, life etc. Where ever you might land in the future, the important thing is, that you are happy and enjoying your life.
I really like your content, i am looking forward to your next ones. I also read all the comments for this video so far and i am really impressed how you handled some of the comments.
It's obvious you are trying your best in the video and comment section to give answers but for some people it's not enough and that's sad and disapointing.
Please don't change for anyone and stay as you are.
Greetings from Austria.
Hayley, you're a tough girl. You'll do it. All the best for you😉
Wish you all the best Hayley.
Good luck Hayley for your education! It's a good decision to invest in yourself.
I know.... 🥲 if it weren't for education I would not be doing this at all!!!
For me it was too much having three places to sleep within one week during 1,5 years, even tho they all were under 2 hours cardrive away. I cannot imagine having to fly back and forth between two continents. 😳
I wish all the very best in your next adventure, make it stick and make it really count....
Glückwunsch Hayley🎉
Hey, so nice to hear, everytime. Intelligent content with fun
Ich wünsche dir alles Gute, egal in welches Land es dich am Ende treibt.
Wishing you all the best.
I feel you girl ❤
Honestly I don’t understand why you give up everything you build up here in Germany, but nevertheless I wish you all the best and I hope you can reach that goal that you set yourself 👍🏼
She made it pretty clear things aren't working for her in Germany.
Alles Gute!
Viel Erfolg in den USA für die Weiterbildung!
Will miss u greatly.
Been following you on utube closely
Wow, didn't expect this but I'm glad you're sharing this story with us. Just out of curiosity, I wanted to ask you what this program is all about, especially having to undergo such an extensive medical examination. Besides this, it's your life, so it's just on you to choose whats best for you.
It is in the medical field :)
Well I'm glad you'll be able to continue your education, Hayley. It brings me down that it means you have to leave Germany, though.
As long as you promise to come back, you can take some time off ...
Do your "Rumspringa" - and come back home 🥰
Sorry, i do not understand all of the story. What is about Mike, when she goes back to the US ?
I wish I could go back to the USA. I miss it and there is truly more freedom there. All the best to you!
