Old Queers do have a thing about being youngster predators sadly. My perspective comes from having old Queers swooning over my friend and me when we had a Stall at a Sunday Antiques Market and we had an unending stream of invites to Parties. Chatting to Harry, a very good Youth Club Leader who had a lot of experience in this subject, he said this is normal ehaviour when Queers get older, and it is why Queers must never allowed into Organisations like Youth Clubs, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts and such. This used to be fully understood by Youth Leaders like Harry. 🤔
Here here can remember hearing such tales from sports clubs as kid boxing and rugby scouts cadets and church youth clubs! I'm a straight white man who is pushing 40 always have been attracted too older ladies! Was going out with a ex England footballer sister when I was 20 years old she was 40 so a twenty year age difference! Still prefer more mature woman too this day as long as she has looked after her self! Don't think I could have a s big as age gap theses days! Mind it's like role has reversed as got a 18 year old lass who flirting with me like mad but can't bring myself too go out with a woman 20 years younger than me feels wrong she still like a little girl too me! I think it's my close family upbringing being the oldest of five kids! I'm very protective of younger generations never force myself on no one anyone who in my circle gets treat as family especially the younger people try my best too educate them to stay away from toxic people and avoid drink drugs and loads of processed foods not that many listen!! Trouble is I find that younger generation seem too have no problem burning there friends and family and lack of basic respect I got from knocking about with the older generation when I was young we are creating a generation that only respects wealth and will disrespect the poor! Was never like that when pits was open and we was all working class scum!

I wanted to hang fire on having an opinion on the Huw Edwards situation til more facts came out, but now I know more, you're absolutely right, Katie. It's not like he went on only fans and didn't know the person was 17. He knew and he took advantage, he broke the lock down rules that he and his ilk insisted we obey, he was verbally abusive and cheated on his wife. It wasn't illegal but it was disgusting and no one is in the wrong for being disgusted. Human beings get to have a visceral reaction to such things and he needs to face this.
