Dear Steve .... The CHEAP plastic cheek piece on the R10th isn't cheap plastic at all. It's lovely soft touch wood. It feels great against your face. Please don't be scathing about things you've not checked out or tried. The bolt action on R10s is butter smooth especially on a well used gun like the one you tested .... it has the old black and white contents gauge not the newer multi-coloured one .... I never wish for a side lever. I bought mine 2nd hand with a reasonable scope for £500 and as you can I guess love it. There is nothing in the price bracket to touch the R10. The shot count is a class leader. I get at least 120. Double the count for an S410 or Huntsman both of which are in the same price range and are unregulated. Also never had an issue with indexing. Perhaps the mags have improved?
I purchased My R10MK2 new. It was the first PCP I purchased. Worked great for around a year until I had a leak issue. I thought it was one of the best looking rifles out there. Did some work on my own on it. After I sent it in under warranty and it still had leak issues. Got them sorted out. Not the only PCP I own now but I wouldn't give this one up.
I was going to buy a brand new se. Went to the local rfd had a chat, got it out the box, looked awesome 👍 I asked her to fill it and she said I filled it for you yesterday 😳😳 no air at all in it 😟😟 I didn’t end up buying it and after talking to a friend who has one I’m glad. He has had loads of trouble with it from air leaks to cocking problems and trigger problems 😟😟 pity as they do look lovely and usually have loads of shots per fill. I bought an s510 ultimate sporter pre reg version and it’s been faultless 👍
Bought one from my local gun shop today. Tried to charge it, but it wouldn't hold air. I promptly returned it, and they gave me a replacement, which held the charge. I'm testing it tomorrow, fingers crossed.
@@bessiebraveheart strangely I went to look at another last week, got there and it was empty again 😳 I love the look of them but I think it's fate that I don't get one 🤣🤣🤣 Good luck with yours, I'm sure you will have many tins of pellets through it with no trouble 👍👍👍
So surely the R10th is th for thumb hole, and I believe the adjustable cheek piece is wood not plastic, it is just the outer coating that is a type of plastic for soft touch feel. A good honest review with good and bad points noted, thanks Steve.
Hey Steve, I've got an "American" FAC BSA R10 MK2 in .22. At first it was shooting at around 855 fps at 30 ft-lbs energy. Since it started leaking in the regulator I switched to the HUMA regulator a week ago and now it's shooting at around 910 fps. Haven't taken it to any range yet so I don't know how accurate it is now. I may need to tamp the speed down a bit, but it was previously shooting hole in hole at 75 meters. 910 fps may cause the pellets to corkscrew, so I'll have to check and adjust, if necessary, when I take it out next weekend on the Indian Reservation. With the previous regulator, I have hit a 5 inch steel target at 200 meters, uphill, three time successively. This is my favorite rifle, and pinpoint accurate at higher speeds than the UK ones. If I could take it to the UK, then you may be changed in your review of how accurate this $1200.00 dollar made for American's rifle is. It outperforms my AA S510 constantly. The AA S510 is quite accurate, but this one is more so. You guys really do know how to make air rifles! Hats off to England and their air rifle manufacturing! Doesn't GAMO own BSA now?
Wow! I remember when I subscribed to the channel, There were less than 200subs, Its so good to see a bloke borrowing kit and reviewing it and giving his honest opinion on stuff, Well done Steve you have done brilliant mate.
Hi Steve. I'm pretty sure that the R10th stands for thumbhole also I've been using bsa mounts on my springers for years they do fit 11mill rails I've had zero problems with them atb Dave
That quirky ridged bit under the barrel is cosmetic. I suppose it could be argued some material has been removed to save a little bit of weight but if that were true why not make it lighter by making it evenly thin. Could be useful for tying bits of string around for the purposes of securing camouflage? Or for resting pre-rolled ciggys?
Looking at the damage around the magazine slot and the magazine stop plate on the right hand side, that is a well used rifle. It looks as though pellet delivery into the barrel is not very consistent, hence the poor grouping. My thumbhole new 2021 MK2 se carbine puts h&n field target trophy .177 pellets in groups that can be covered by a five pence piece at 35 yards. My previous MK2 from 5 years ago did exactly the same. I like your review, but I don’t think the rifle you were testing is a great example. My thumbhole cost me £850 brand new from a well known Lincolnshire gun shop. It’s a fantastic rifle.
I liked the r10 but always thought my friends air arms s510 was better so ended up eventually with the 510 ultimate sporter and it’s pretty good so far.
I've had the Rm8 and so have two of my mates,,save your cash and get the R10,Rm8 didn't last long, leaks and power fluctuations, traded mine for the R10 and no regrets at all,
Maybe you should review the r 10th before you run it down Bsa barrels are known for their accuracy so I guess most inaccuracy could be shooter error. Maybe you should have a look at aeac review on the r10. As for daystate and fx,well I don't think their worth twice as much as the r 10.Thanks for the good honest review.
I’ve got a r10 & a ultra. Never had any problems with my magazines. When putting the magazine into the gun just make sure the metal pin locates the hole on the opposite side before sliding the locking lever in.
Dan Roberts the ultra is lighter than the r10 . I use my ultra for ratting around farm buildings. Also being shorter helps a lot. The shot count is a lot less than the r10 but I always top it up from my dive bottle before I go out. I also had a Huma regulator fitted into my ultra. I’m not into testing things out so can’t help much with any questions. Accurate shooting is what I aim for.
Could someone answer this question please:- As this gun has a stamped bottle, does that mean you have to get it re stamped every few years? Probably not as the fill bottles are at a way higher pressure, but was just asking 😮
in .177 the best 2 pellets are the bisley magnum in 4.51 but the best is jsb excat 4.53 will give you tiny groups. only the 4.53 though it dont like the 4.52 or 4.51
Youre right many people remove some part of replace with other part they are more genius on the company the company set it so my opinion just use it nit modify iwil not but if the rifle is already modify i like company made al part original
Hey Steve want a round buddy bottle check out the Best Fittings site they have a carbon fiber bottle that requires the bottle/stock modification to fit, also not all BSA’s have magazines therefore you dont get trouble , plastic on the 10TH really you need to research your info, its a wooden sprayed adjustable soft touch cheek rest, break barrel BSA’s or mmc cocking systems dont have magazines ? Steve use bullet points notes just below camers works for everyone else, my Superten has its original BSA 10 round metal magazine works fine, check and clean 1 time a year faultless proformance from it, fx mags arernt that fiddly either , R10 is in the top end for its quality and price, outshoots some guns twice its cost.
the mags have indeed improved the early mags where aluminium which you would have thought would have been better but really wernt, also, on the R2 using the modern plastic are they 4th gen mags? dont use the mag retaining bolt on the left hand side, it doesnt need it and it compress's the lighterwight replacment palstic mags and causes them to misfeeed, which otherwise perform without problem (was going to say flawlesly but realised i could not spell it) On accuracy i gave my .22 Mk2 to my mate first 10 shots all made the same hole at 25m, dont know about the one you had but mine its not so much pellet fussy, though it did settle on air ams diablo as it like to be "shot in" and the groups tightened up after the first 1000 pellets through it, i can usually put down a 10p sized group of 10 shots at 50m from a prone position, sometimes even a 5p, but thats a really good day On shot count, i fill to 232 from a hand pump, its a pain, but i usually get about 150+ shots per fill, filling to 200 then less than 100. you are however 100% right on the dust cover and this actually caused my R10 to void its air bottle, easliy fixed and i now have a bueat of an after market brass fill port plug with the BSA logo on top from ebay keep it up love your vids
Found one on air gun trader for $350 in .22 with 24" barrel. When it arrived it leaked badly. Turned out to be the regulator which had heavy corrosion not even worth resealing. Got a HUMA reg. and it's been flawless ever since. Almost feel bad for stealing it from the poor guy...lol
Hi all USE jsb match diabolo exact JUMBO heavy just check the condition of the pellets you put in the mag I’ve had NO problems at all ps 5.5 18.13gr 1.175G 👍😀😀😀
That is great, many others have had problems as you can see in the comments. All depends on which pellets you use and whether they are older or newer type of magazines
I've got the Ultra, which is the same mag as the R10 and it's never let me down. Hate the trigger though, if that's the same. Steve, what did you think of the Falcon scope? I've got one on my Weihrauch HW100 and I think they are brill.
Do you mind me asking what size RWS Super Field was being used . You know the size should be selected to suite the gun they are being used in, Once matched to the gun very tight groups out to over 40 yards are easily achievable.
I can't remember it was some time ago. When I pellet test, I take a selection from my collection, usually 3 - 5 types and test. The results of course will get better with more time and effort, but I just don't have the time to do this on all rifles.
I don't, as yet, own a BSA R10 Mk2. This review has made up my mind to get one though so thanks for that. There's a couple of things niggling me though. One is the barrel, all those I have looked at (in .22 as that's my choice of calibre) have a barrel shroud, the one you have there doesn't. Do these make any difference? If not, why do they have them? The second thing is, bipod. If a bipod is fitted, will there be enough room to fill the gun with a bipod in situ? Other than those little niggles, I think it's a gun for me. Thanks for the review, nice job.
I’ve got a .177 R10 Mk2. The shroud is removable should you want to. I’ve left mine on just to protect it. I put a cheap Amazon bipod on her, it does cover the filling port but a few minutes with a Dremel cutting disc soon solved that. Might be different with the .22 version but I had various, even premium pellet brands, jamming up in the magazine. I took her down the local range one day and she was acting up, a guy came up to me and said “R10 jamming up? Try Bisley Magnums” and bugger me I’ve never had another magazine jam.
I have an RTEN TH in 177, no magazine problems with any one of my BSA’s dont be stupid my freind isnt used to BSA’s Weihrauch so managed to put mag in upside down n backwards but not trouble , also in 177 240 shot count , rm8 really keep it British built in Birmingham west midlands United Kingdom, , red wolf rich mans plaything same for FX impacts too, twice the price sometimes only half the gun ?
I've got the scorpion, ultra and R10,,I've got multiple mags for each gun and I've never had a single problem loading, cycling or installing the mags?,I have the same gun in the review which comes with sling studs and a dust plug as standard on that model .the weaver style bit under the barrel is purely a decorative feature and not a functional part,
Load the first 9 pellets tail first into the back of the mag. Then put the 10th pellet head first into the front. This will cure all pellet loading issues even with small pellets even JSB express. Also take some spring tension out of the mag so less pressure is applied to each pellet. The mag will no longer jam and accuracy will improve by 20-25% just like the single shot loader. The Jsb Heavy or Bisley mags also improve mag operation and accuracy.
Hawke sidewinder you can never go wrong with. Although you are talking 200 to 400 pound but honestly there amazing. Pao emerald I believe there called are also pretty good and abit cheaper.
Not really a proper review if it's been fettled and tuned lol first thing I did was use the new type magazine they are flawless on my BSA scorpion SE which is a much lighter gun.
It only has had a different regulator in it and that will not affect anything else. I made this clear i think. This was a mkII review and the magazines used were the ones supplied with the rifle, so fair I think. Yes if you use newer type mags, you may get different results, but that is not fair as that is extra and not original mags on mkii. Many others have issues with bsa mags as the comments below testify. Some people are lucky and have no issues, but it was worth me pointing this out to potential buyers, so at least they can make an informed decision rather than the usual BS reviews you get by the other channels with nothing bad to say as they are paid.
@@airgunology don't get me wrong I love these reviews just getting back into shooting and learnt a lot in the last year I just bought a scorpion SE camo for £350 in mint condition in one happy man as I sold my old scorpion T10 for £300
Many rifles come like that. It depends on where the o-ring sits compared to the thread. Over tighten to line it up will destroy the o-ring and hence leaks.
@@airgunology Finger tightening the manometer is sufficient to avoid leaks, so another less than half a turn to align with the barrel or stock is not going to damage the 'O' ring which is quite thick. When us RFD's and gunsmiths work on any gun or rifle, screws etc. should always be aligned
Or you could buy a hand pump, and you're going to shoot untill your hands fall off :D.... You can singe your pump to your backpack and you're set for everything
Did you ever find out what that piece of aluminium by the buddy bottle is called? I'll put you out of your misery, it called a toast rack( I'm not joking either it really is called that) I've always seated the pellets into the o ring on the magazine, as long as you do that you shouldn't have problems with the mag.
@@airgunology Well it was John bowket that told me that was the name for it , and the only function is basically to cover up the area around the regulator and valve area where the bottle connects to the rifle. I've had a early mk1 ,Early mk2 and a later mk2 and I must of been one of the lucky ones because I never had any issues with them at all! I seem to have bad luck with every brand new fx I've ever owned lol .

I now have the cost of returning it to the bsa gunsmith (£150) an absolute pile of scrap. Buy one and start paying, without the fun of being able to shoot it..... contact me if you want to buy it???? BSA = Birmingham Shit Arms... if you have a BSA in combat, be very worried... it will fail you.....
BSA do indeed make their own barrels and always have done .The stock is made by Minelli in Italy. My own R10 Mk2 .177, completely standard, gives me about 100 or slightly more shot from a 200 BAR fill and shot down to 100 BAR. Using H&N FTT i've never had a single magazine jam or malfunction. 13mm mountts are needed for proper scope fitting to avoid the scope being canted over or you can use those that split vertically such as BKL or Warne style mounts. The picatinny bit as you call it is purely for aesthetics/decorative purposes. On the later TH models the cheap plastic comb,as you put it , on the stock is actually a soft touch covered wood comb.. You need to do a bit more homework before making such comments if you're going to do rifle reviews for public viewing.
lol dated, similar standard design to AA , HW etc etc , don't all want multi coloured guns that look like something out of a kid's toybox . the hmm cheap plastic stock piece of wood with non slip coating. plastic stock bits look at the FXs etc with AR bits and tubes etc. lol
yup dude, an personally I wouldn't go higher than that. Problem is most people with dive tanks are 300bar max, so a few fills and 232 is hard to achieve
@@airgunology BSA have always said 232bar as thats the max pressure of diving bottles was, even on unregulated rifles to fudge and higher there shot count numbers.

Thank you for correcting me, only seen the R10th in a show and this was a review of the MkII and wanted to reference it.
I was very sorry to part with my 1st PCP, the Kalibrgun Cricket. But needs must and all that. Glad you still have yours, they are good rifles.
Bad luck and lucky escape. It is a shame, the R10 is nice, but not my cuppa
Bought one from my local gun shop today. Tried to charge it, but it wouldn't hold air. I promptly returned it, and they gave me a replacement, which held the charge. I'm testing it tomorrow, fingers crossed.
@@bessiebraveheart strangely I went to look at another last week, got there and it was empty again 😳 I love the look of them but I think it's fate that I don't get one 🤣🤣🤣
Good luck with yours, I'm sure you will have many tins of pellets through it with no trouble 👍👍👍
Wow!
I remember when I subscribed to the channel,
There were less than 200subs,
Its so good to see a bloke borrowing kit and reviewing it and giving his honest opinion on stuff,
Well done Steve you have done brilliant mate.
Thanks buddy and yes I remember those days.
I'd be happy to lend you my Bowkett tuned 177 mk2 and I'm sure it will keep up with your redwolf or impact.
Where abouts in the country are you ?
Steve, my R10 SE in .22 loves AA field 4.52 in 16 grain. Much better than JSB. It looks gorgeous in walnut stock too.
Nice, it is a great rifle when the right pellet is found. AA diabolo fields are a great pellet, one of my favs and work well in many barrels.
Hi Steve. I'm pretty sure that the R10th stands for thumbhole also I've been using bsa mounts on my springers for years they do fit 11mill rails I've had zero problems with them atb Dave
Maybe, the 10th I thought stood for the 10th anniversary of the R10 that was released at the British Shooting show earlier in the year.
Thanks, I guessed it was cosmetic.
got me a r 10 th super carbine, thing of beauty imo.
Hi Steve, its a cold hammer forged barrel made in Birmingham, Stock is a Minnelli item has a M in the stippling saw it in the grip area, nice rifle
was about to write this lol
Thanks for confirming. I should have confirmed before filming and hence why I asked :)
I love the gun except the bottle , same as the R8 , it keen on the bottle look of that but personal choice cheers Shane uk 🇬🇧
Yeah the bottle does not look as good as other options. I would refer a standard 480 carbon bottle.
Does a 480cc carbon bottle could be fitted.,?
The 510 is a very nice rifle too, not much between them.
The rigid part you asked about is a toast rack 🤣👍
Great review buddy! Looks like I'll have to find an RM8 that fits me!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hopefully I can steal an RM8 for review. Plenty at my local that have one.
What’s the ultra like in comparison?
Dan Roberts the ultra is lighter than the r10 . I use my ultra for ratting around farm buildings. Also being shorter helps a lot. The shot count is a lot less than the r10 but I always top it up from my dive bottle before I go out. I also had a Huma regulator fitted into my ultra. I’m not into testing things out so can’t help much with any questions. Accurate shooting is what I aim for.
In regards to the magazine I only had trouble with the jsb jamming never had any probs bisley or hades.
Looks lie you're paid by FX. How can we look at your reviews as impartial? Thumbs down on the reviewer. Thumbs up on the rifle.
I would agree
Could someone answer this question please:-
As this gun has a stamped bottle, does that mean you have to get it re stamped every few years? Probably not as the fill bottles are at a way higher pressure, but was just asking 😮
in .177 the best 2 pellets are the bisley magnum in 4.51 but the best is jsb excat 4.53 will give you tiny groups. only the 4.53 though it dont like the 4.52 or 4.51
Why not test the power output and consistency before testing grouping, it would make a lot of difference.
I did, just not on camera to keep video short.
🤔. I’ll save up for my crown continuum 👍 this one looks nice but I can be doing without it’s magazine issues. Nice review as always Steve
There are new magazines available which are flawless.
Extra cost, but good information for those with issues, thanks
If I remember right is there also a bigger air bottle as you sayd .What call these models and how big are they ??? Love your vid´s !!!!
The R10SE and the R10th have bigger bottles I believe
What’s the difference between long barrel and short barrel ?
Mr Allan , given the choice between BSA r10 SE and BSA r10 mk 2 , which one would you prefer ?
The MK2 as it has more refinements.
@@airgunology I see , thank you for replying . ✌️
Steve use bullet points notes just below camers works for everyone else, my Superten has its original BSA 10 round metal magazine works fine, check and clean 1 time a year faultless proformance from it, fx mags arernt that fiddly either , R10 is in the top end for its quality and price, outshoots some guns twice its cost.
the mags have indeed improved the early mags where aluminium which you would have thought would have been better but really wernt, also, on the R2 using the modern plastic are they 4th gen mags? dont use the mag retaining bolt on the left hand side, it doesnt need it and it compress's the lighterwight replacment palstic mags and causes them to misfeeed, which otherwise perform without problem (was going to say flawlesly but realised i could not spell it)
On accuracy i gave my .22 Mk2 to my mate first 10 shots all made the same hole at 25m, dont know about the one you had but mine its not so much pellet fussy, though it did settle on air ams diablo as it like to be "shot in" and the groups tightened up after the first 1000 pellets through it, i can usually put down a 10p sized group of 10 shots at 50m from a prone position, sometimes even a 5p, but thats a really good day
On shot count, i fill to 232 from a hand pump, its a pain, but i usually get about 150+ shots per fill, filling to 200 then less than 100.
you are however 100% right on the dust cover and this actually caused my R10 to void its air bottle, easliy fixed and i now have a bueat of an after market brass fill port plug with the BSA logo on top from ebay
keep it up love your vids
Awesome tips there and thanks for posting this.
torn between the R10th and the R10SE , but then again quite like the HW110 which is silly quiet.
@Anton eckhart could by the 110 and save some cash 🙄 then spend that on a decent right handed stock lol
yes, if did get a 110 first thing would be a nice right hand walnut stock👍
Found one on air gun trader for $350 in .22 with 24" barrel. When it arrived it leaked badly. Turned out to be the regulator which had heavy corrosion not even worth resealing. Got a HUMA reg. and it's been flawless ever since. Almost feel bad for stealing it from the poor guy...lol
That's Minelli stock! No wonder its amazing!
Jsb heavies at 10.34gr or Bisley mags suit the R10 more.
Never tried them, would make them more stable due to weight. One to try for people with and R10. Thanks
Biz mags ... the only ones suitable for mine ( .177 ) .. the rest are aweful
Not played with Falcon scopes, so no real comment from me on that one.
Do you mind me asking what size RWS Super Field was being used . You know the size should be selected to suite the gun they are being used in, Once matched to the gun very tight groups out to over 40 yards are easily achievable.
I forgot to mention the RWS Super Field 177 comes in 4,50 4,51 and 4.52
I can't remember it was some time ago.
@@hangarrat Thanks for the info, most helpful,
thanks for the review! Anyone know if the bottle is removable? If it is, how feasible would it be to carry a spare bottle?
The stock's Minelli.
Nice info, thanxs
Accurate for you I’ve seen these put pellet on pellet.
I've got the scorpion, ultra and R10,,I've got multiple mags for each gun and I've never had a single problem loading, cycling or installing the mags?,I have the same gun in the review which comes with sling studs and a dust plug as standard on that model .the weaver style bit under the barrel is purely a decorative feature and not a functional part,
hi ste did you get my address for the red pic rail thanks eddie
Posted yesterday
@@airgunology thanks ste take care ed
I have the exact same rifle bsa r10 mk2 in 0.22.
Great review!
Thanks pete
Can you put the bolt on the left side?
I don't think so, check with your RFD
It is a really reliable gun
Bsa make great guns my bsa kicks the crap out of my fx smooth twist rubbish.
but they sound weird lol but like a fart on firing, spring bounce maybe??
dead right mate smooth twist will never be has good has hammer forged , smooth twist are cheaper to make
Do you get a scope with the rifle when you buy it ?
No but most shops will package them up at a discount if you ask.
I borrowed an R10 at our gun club and I agree the magazine is lousy it really lets the gun down
Agreed with you. Hopefully potential buyers will watch out for it now.
What weight were the Crosman pellets, I've just got a sample pack of the 10.5gr
The same
Steve Allan thanks for your quick reply , I have higher hopes for those pellets now lol
Remember all barrels are different, but a good starting point.
Compré un cilindro de 370 CC para la mía, que tal será que va funcionar?
Can u review a smk b2
If i can get my hands on one from a subscriber.
Going to buy one of these ,could any one recommend a good scope that suits a 22 version ? cheers
Hawke sidewinder you can never go wrong with. Although you are talking 200 to 400 pound but honestly there amazing. Pao emerald I believe there called are also pretty good and abit cheaper.
@@Gooner27 Many thanks
hi ste can not fine your shop
www.airgunology.com
U found it :) Item will be posted soon
I had an R10 mk2 and it performed well but was too long and the stock was too fat for my hands.
Shame, did you swap it for something else ?
Just sold it.
@@airgunology don't get me wrong I love these reviews just getting back into shooting and learnt a lot in the last year I just bought a scorpion SE camo for £350 in mint condition in one happy man as I sold my old scorpion T10 for £300
Wayne : NP dude, love ya :)
I also have a camo stock Scorpion SE, which I have had for two years and have not had any problems with it or the magazines.
Whoever fiddled with that rifle, why is the manometer not in line with the barrel?
Many rifles come like that. It depends on where the o-ring sits compared to the thread. Over tighten to line it up will destroy the o-ring and hence leaks.
@@airgunology Finger tightening the manometer is sufficient to avoid leaks, so another less than half a turn to align with the barrel or stock is not going to damage the 'O' ring which is quite thick. When us RFD's and gunsmiths work on any gun or rifle, screws etc. should always be aligned
You don’t half ramble on!
And black plastic stock?! Rubber soft touch coated wood you mean? Mint review
R10TH. TH stands for thumb hole.
I think the R10 is beautiful.
Or you could buy a hand pump, and you're going to shoot untill your hands fall off :D....
You can singe your pump to your backpack and you're set for everything
You could do.
Just can’t make my peace with the giant gap between the tank and the barrel....just but an FX and be done with it.
Nice to have choices. Personally I prefer the FX's over the BSA
in the right hands the r10 mk 2 is a lot better than that pellet on pellet at that range
And a lot more expensive. For the price, the RM8 is hard to beat.
Hi
The Picatinny rail under the barrel is a mini toast rack for when you get hungry at the range:)
Gecko Jenkins 🤣🤣🤣
hahahahahha, all clear now thanxs :)
i thought it was to put your rolled cigarettes between , so you can have a smoke when your magazine is jammed.🤔
hahahahahahhaha, nice one :)
Re my comment below. It should read 5.52 in 16 grain.
Did you ever find out what that piece of aluminium by the buddy bottle is called?
I'll put you out of your misery, it called a toast rack( I'm not joking either it really is called that)
I've always seated the pellets into the o ring on the magazine, as long as you do that you shouldn't have problems with the mag.
Yeah, got that now, but no reason for it ?
@@airgunology
Well it was John bowket that told me that was the name for it , and the only function is basically to cover up the area around the regulator and valve area where the bottle connects to the rifle.
I've had a early mk1 ,Early mk2 and a later mk2 and I must of been one of the lucky ones because I never had any issues with them at all!
I seem to have bad luck with every brand new fx I've ever owned lol .
I got this gun but I’m dumb so I came here as to how I take the mag out
Hi again why don't you try the bsa interceptor pellets as they are just as good as most i find at twenty yards at my own range with my own BSA pcp rifles .
Don't have any in my stock. Only test with what I have and found to be best out of my collection.
Mounting a bipod
the shot count blows it for me , most bottle rifles have 200

AA fields are great, most my rifles love them
I paid almost £1000 for a a brand new r10 m2.... 4yrs on I am on the third replacement under warranty, which has once again failed due to an air leak, only fired about 50 shots with it.
Steve Allen is all mouth
Not impartial if someone is putting a few quid in your pocket!
Major let down on this review.
Turn the bloody stupid music off, be good to hear how loud the gun is.much more important than that music.
lol dated, similar standard design to AA , HW etc etc , don't all want multi coloured guns that look like something out of a kid's toybox . the hmm cheap plastic stock piece of wood with non slip coating. plastic stock bits look at the FXs etc with AR bits and tubes etc. lol
If it's regulated he can fill to 250 bar
BSA say 232bar
@@airgunology yes of course they would it covers their arse.
yup dude, an personally I wouldn't go higher than that. Problem is most people with dive tanks are 300bar max, so a few fills and 232 is hard to achieve
@@airgunology BSA have always said 232bar as thats the max pressure of diving bottles was, even on unregulated rifles to fudge and higher there shot count numbers.
