Well coming to the point. when i start scripting and use the save key i.e (:wq) it does not work for me and it does not give me option as insert underneath, it says ---replace--- instead of --insert---

There is a way to do it by providing root privileges to a user, here is a post I have found you can try

If a owner of the file belongs to many groups then if he changes the group permission then will the group permission be inherited by all the groups?
when we create a file, it will belong to a specific group ex A
when we change group permission of A then only A's permission will change
