About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on RUclips.
At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

Chef Hiroyuki Terada is using the Minonokuni Matsu-1573 210mm Yanagi. Super Blue Steel. Can also be used for breaking down whole fish and chickens. But normally for slicing, sashimi, vegetables, meat etc.. This is Chef Hiro's custom specked knife.

The great thing about youtube is that every content creator is its own company and are completely free to do collabs with any other content creator.
technically that's not true. only until they get partnership is this might be true. Otherwise you're still part of youtube as they haven't signed over the rights to your channel over to you and at best you get 50% if not 75% but it's never YOUR channel. as youtube still owns part of it. if it was YOUR channel you could do and say whatever you wanted and not be held to the community guidelines. you're a partner in youtube, not an owner.
its even more evident that you don't own your channel when you're assigned a "PR person" that youtube assigns you. that's like saying musicians own their songs, they don't. the management company owns their songs, they might release the rights to your songs after 20 years but you own nothing when you "partner" with a company. Another way to think about it, if you're working for starbucks and they pay you, do you own starbucks? no you're just getting paid by starbucks for your work. youtube pays them to make a product they sell to other people. that's not ownership, thats just a job and they get paid a rate that's agreed upon and they still have to stick to the policy aka community guidelines. as any other job.
If hiro started posting videos of murderers filleting their victims he'd 100% be banned. again he doesn't own his channel as if I started a website and posted furry porn the hosting company could shut down my website as i don't own their servers. same as for youtube. you're working for youtube you dont own youtube and you don't own your likeliness.
@@greatleader4841 I meant to say that there are no contractual obligations deterring you from doing a collaboration video with whomever you like. In traditional network television this is rarely an option.
@@robdielemans9189 but there actually is, you need to have your "agent" approve a collab or have them get in contact with the person's agent to make a contractual agreement for the collab. that's why they have agents, they can't just choose to fly to X area to collab without youtubes approval
