Beginning to think you were trapped under your Landy, Glad to see you back producing quality videos with great tips and information. Keep up the excellent work
it's been wonderful to keep up with the channel and get some deeper insights into modelling. I've been building myself since I was a young child and actually it was my own father that got me hooked on model building. Keep up the good work Nigel. Kind regards from Iceland.
Coming together nicely, and some useful tips on keeping the chassis straight. I'll have to bear that in mind as I have a number of 24th and 25th scale trucks to put together.
Nige, you have a way of making somethings that look complicated, look easy. That's one of the things that I admire about you temperament and skill. These look awesome so Far can't wait to see more.
Good to see you back I don't have this kit but I do have the Trumpeter 1/35 kit as well as a lot of other Russian armour & truck kits in my stash will be following your videos on this project cheers from an Aussie subscriber 👍🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
Nigel, thanks for the tips in using blocks to square up the chassis and in setting the wheels in vehicles. Also for clarifying the difference between extra thin and quick set. Looking forward to the next video.
Great video. I’m struggling though to get around pin locators etc being in completely the wrong place. You’re proving that it’s not insurmountable to an experienced modeller, tbh not much more than a minor inconvenience really, but the lack of quality control really frustrates me. Don’t they at least make one model up from an initial production run to check on this kind of stuff? Still, I’m working through a box of PE where the instructions cover maybe 20% of the included parts; the rest you are just supposed to ‘know’ where to put them.
Hi Great video as always, looking to build a small diorama in memory of my late dad, who was in the reme during ww2. Would love some advice of what type of vehicle and a recommended kit. I'm thinking some kind of truck, would like engine open, so I can have a figure ( my dad ) working on it. So reasonably detailed.
its kitty hawk, its going to die a death...i wish i could say better.....icm and zveda are good....building an icm ambulance now....things fit and good instructions
I suspect that Nigel has been fiddling with his Land Rover rebuild, whilst the weather was good. So now the weather is crap again, he's back to engineering in miniature.

I know what you're saying.. it's shocking that a kit can be released with such obvious errors!!

Perhaps look at Mirror Models and Thunder Models. They do a nice range of British/Canadian Trucks with great detail.

Would imagine it`s put aside for little while, that must be a model that drains.
