For your last question, we’re both working just about full time jobs so unfortunately we have a lot that we need to balance, and don’t have the time to post as frequently as we’d like. The scrambled egg texture you mentioned about Korean dumplings is likely tofu. Korean dumplings are lighter than most other dumplings because of tofu and the various vegetables in the fillings. All the better, because that mean I can eat more without feeling bad about eating them.
I recommend that you visit Seoul worldcup stadium because K-league is very popular in Korea. FC Seoul's home is Seoul worldcup stadium. Also, FC Seoul vs Jeju United match will be opened at Seoul worldcup stadium at 19:30 this Friday(16th August). You have to visit Seoul worldcup stadium this Friday. Don't miss this match in Korea.
