I'm so looking forward to this. I feel the weight of every selfish action, thought, and emotion. It seems like their origins can always be traced back to ignorance or a lack of awareness. When I was young, I didn't have much compassion for animals or even humans. Until life took everything away and I ended up in a rehabilitation center at 21. I thought I was better than everyone. But heaven taught me different. We are all one. What we put out in the world will come back to us in the way nature sees fit. Not so much in a punitive way, but in the manner thats required to teach us a new perspective. Love woke me up to my own insanity. 'Love your neighbor as yourself' takes on a whole new meaning for me now.

My rehabilitation team can't believe I made a full recovery,but had lots of help from angels and guides...people say I should share my story,but I'm not a writer. I agree with the idea that we are living in a "ether" substance. A college professor once said in class "does a fish know he is in water"? That blew my mind because we are so used to the medium we are living in that we don't question it.
Three things arise for me from this interview.: 1.) As far as karma goes, I have never understood the cosmic logic of suffering repercussions a lifetime(s) away from the behavior(s) that caused the debt. Instant karma would make more sense to me because it would allow for a conscious connection to be made between cause and effect, motivating people to actually LEARN and to do more good as they move through life. 2.) The second thing, in my opinion, is that it is interesting to me how much this contrasts with the idea of conscious, energetic manifestation which advises a strong focus on the most enjoyable feeling of having after identifying the strongest desires that can be held. I do believe we can be alchemists in this way even though I don't really exercise it much in my own life and 3.) Thirdly, I absolutely believe that we are --and have always been--participating in a cosmic, evolutionary ascension. Unless religions take this into account, I believe they are outdated and becoming irrelevant. And personally (materially), I am a HUGE proponent of minimalism in honor of the health of our precious, Mother Earth. In any case, thank you both so much for this interesting conversation.

Idk. I cant quite buy into the idea of karmic debt. Its too transactional for me and doesn't allow for the freedom that truth promises in the now. Interesting conversation tho
And just think for a moment about the debt...there's no way to pay it off, ever. Each life pushes the debt into the next life. Some gets resolved, I'm sure, but how can we know? There's no practical way we can get rid of the debt, so reincarnation is pretty much a guarantee. And think of this...half the world doesn't even really know about or believe in karma, so a person in the West can go their entire life and not even bother with purposefully paying off this debt, so they're screwed from cradle to grave.
For what it's worth... let me just throw this concept out there... that there is no ACTUAL 'free will' but only the mind's experience of free will. All experiences take place ONLY within the non-local/non-physical mind. From the pov of Higher SELF / all pervasive Consciousness .. there is no "OUT THERE" out there... but only the mind's temporary creation of an "OUT THERE" Ultimately we are THAT which is Perfect BE-ing... as in the verb TO BE / Non Action... thus the label.. Human BE-ing. Though the ego veiled mind accepts that we are DOers of Action.. it is a trick of the mind... much as at the level of the Dream STATE we believe that we have had tea with the queen.. when our head has never left its pillow. Our mind thinks it has Awakened when it has only shifted its limited awareness to yet a different realm of Consciousness. The word karma is Sanskrit for Action. The ancient Mystics call this earth plane Karmaboomy Land.. the land of (percieved) Action. It is this sense of DOership which keeps our ego veiled mind trapped in this SELF created Play of Consciousness. It is only by Transcending our Thinking Mind that we are able to Realize our True SELF, THAT which is the Eternal Witness to its own Divine Play. So.. though we APPEAR to be the DOer of action.. *Ultimately* speaking we are simply witness to the mind's thoughts. Put another way... We are Source / Pure Consciousness / Perfect BE-ing, caught up in our own dream of "NOT God".. simply because we can.. while knowing better than to judge any of this. To be Truly Realized, to KNOW our TRUE SELF which is ALL Inclusive.. is what Enlightenment is all about. That state is free of all ACTION / karma.. it is timeless.. and yet can manifest AS Time / Space in order to have all these experiences via all these seemingly individual minds. Bottom Line... Nothing here is as it appears to be. The finite mind is the creative tool of Infinite Consciousness yet remains unaware of its own Source. The good news is.. All becomes clear once our Awareness is able to Transcend the limiting mind, and that happens when our Higher SELF is ready. Meanwhile, enjoy this Play of one's own Creation... without judgment.
