Superb Luke. It's surreal seeing that performance. It was only 13 month ago we had just started hearing about this young chap. Never in a month of Sundays would most of said 16 yr old finalist 17 yr old Champ. Well done pal
Because there are a lot of sad and jealous people on social media seeing a successful 17 year old win a trophy and they realise their owns lives have been wasted
This lad needs to be protected from the media and jealous haters, he’s the best thing in darts since Phil Taylor’s peak , if not better, the bloke is class and deserves everything that’s going to come his way this year and the years to come , GO ON LUKE, congrats !!!!!
is he really 17, not only looks older, he seems very mature for his age which is a compliment. But he plays darts like a legend thats been playing at the highest levels for many years. He seems an exceptional talent. i hope it all continues for him and doesnt go south due to money, women, etc...
How could he be terrible when he finished the match with a 100 average? He was just under pressure with how good Luke was on his own throw, give the boy some credit ffs
@@gshoots4357 i watched it mate, mvg wasnt terrible, he just missed a few doubles early on which can make the difference. 4-0 after 4 sets wasnt a fair reflection, Crucial doubles missed, but the right man deserved to win it for sure, his finishing is superb, i could almost bet my house on him with tops and tens
@@SuperChalkster That and Luke does an exceptional job of throwing his set-up throws, smoothly, and usually without hesitation to leave his favorite finishes. He left 40 as expected, but left 170 an uncanny number of times in this match. I almost think his 170 leaves were eroding MVG's confidence more than anything else by the end. And I don't think Luke was doing it to be disrespectful either, more that he plays the percentage throws so automatically, that it's like muscle memory.
"World" champion in a... uh.... "sports" that's only popular in Britain and to a less extend in the Netherlands, and even to a lesser extend in Belgium and Germany. Okay.... 😁
Well done Littler. Historic.

AHH Micheal you really are a total cockwomble, try playing the game and see how hard it is, then you might appreciate what he's achieved
Watched from Canada. Canadian youth are joining leagues in droves because of him.
