So many memories this brings back, very sad how the whole family have been decimated by cancer. I was at Bernie's funeral in Blackpool 4th July 2013, thousands lined the streets, beautiful yet so very, very sad. So much fame and success, but it means nothing without yiur health. She was cremated and her ashes scattered alongside her stillborn daughter. I was there because I knew Bernie in the 70s just before they made it big time, then we drifted apart. She'll always have a special place in my heart. ❤

One of my favourite songs is when you are a king by white plains particularly with the concertina. Wow this cover version from the Nolans is superb and the first time I've heard it. Brilliant! 👌
