My sprinkler won’t stop watering, I’ve tried to switch the manual cycle on/off, remove the programs and leave only one active and still it goes on and keeps watering. It was working fine until I had to replace a seal in the water valve, now it won’t stop, I tried following all the steps in this video instructions. Any advice on how to try to reset back to normal? Thanks!
Hello, it will probably be a bit easier to troubleshoot this over the phone. Please call our tech service line at 800-322-9146 from the installation site and we will go through it with you. It is most likely a valve/diaphragm issue.
My sprinkler system is programmed but just won’t turn on automatically anymore. I have to press the manual button if I want the sprinklers to turn on. What can I do?
@@tracerit yep got it done in like 10 mins prolly less n yk what’s the crazy part? I did it after watching this vid once go figure 🤷🏽♂️ bruh not to mention I was faded asf too lmao
I ser a rain delay and it never resumed watering. It would always just say 4 days on the rain delay setting. So I finally went in and manually turned the rain delay off. What did I do wrong? Shouldn’t a rain delay count down and then resume watering after that 4th day (what I was trying to set.
Lets get real here. This timer although full-featured, and battery operated, is about 5 times more difficult to program than it should be. I will seek someone else's product. I'm surprised that you didn't include a note at the end of the video to the effect that, if I had any problems I could always "rewrite the embedded code".
Hey Jack, sorry to hear about your issues with our timer. We do have customer service available at 800) 344-1172 from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PDT that can help with any programming troubles. We also have a bluetooth option that is very simple to program, if you're interested. www.digcorp.com/professional-irrigation-products/410bt-series-bluetooth-battery-operated-controller/

That's the worst angle to show the LCD screen lol. Why?
You can’t follow verbal instructions? Also you can easily see that
@@raindropwalka6669 you honestly think that's the best way to present instructions? Smh 😂
