I use baby wipes to clean my stamps, wipe up blobs of glue etc. well, I found that the wipes I use for cleaning inky stamps make beautiful “fabric” to use in the making of junk journals and greeting cards.
I did this very thing. But I used the used dryer sheets! I put them in a plastic baggie & sprayed inside the baggie. Then squished it around! Was delighted with how it turned out. Saw it on someone's YT channel but don't remember whose. TFS😊 💙💛
When the mustard seed color dries it becomes more dull. I would say use it by itself and rinse it a bit if too bright, then let it dry to see the actual color. I love how pretty it looks when it is dry.
This is lovely. It is painting though, not dyeing it. It will wash out. A dye is permanent. Still great results though if you don't plan on using in a washable item!
Lovely video, thank you for sharing. I have a question. You always use distress inks for colouring edges and well as the cheese cloth. Is there a reason or can ordinary stamp pad inks (eg Stampin Up) be used. Thanks for all your work in helping us all

🇬🇧🥰
You might be able to lighten the colors a bit if you just rinse them a bit, then won't be so bright.
