gracie, it is so obvious to see that you are truly your happiest and at peace when you are on a cruise ship!
Alaska is different as well. Very much about the scenery. I went last year to get away coming off an incredibly stressful 18 months. So the one day just chilling in my room with a book was a little disappointing but also a luxury I hadn't done in far too long.
Hey Gracie! We love your honest feedback at the end - we totally agree! We have done one cruise with both Royal Caribbean and Norwegian, and found Norwegian to be another level in dining and entertainment! ...especially dining!!

You know something Gracie, this cruise, at least day one, may not be what you had expected but maybe it was what you needed. As you said, you got a lot of work done this first day. So maybe try looking at that. To make a long a story, short the glass is half full not half empty. Can't wait for the next cruise vlog, hope you and sidney still enjoyed yourselves and have fun and stay safe in Norway and in the land of ice (see what i did there)

If that’s Paul Rutter, he was my cruise director on a Royal Caribbean cruise to Canada almost 10 years ago. The BEST!! I still use some of his jokes to this day

Hi Gracie, I’m sorry, but I have to disagree with you. I’ve been on Norwegian and I’ve been on Royal Caribbean and for me Royal Caribbean is 100 times better, but that’s just one person’s opinion. On another note, you have to remember, that you’re on an Alaskan cruise, it’s not the high party type cruise of the Caribbean. Alaska cruises are laid-back and Relaxed. Enjoy the scenery and the culture. Maybe it’s not Royal Caribbean, maybe it’s just that Alaska cruises aren’t for you. Sounds like you’re more of a warm weather girl, lol. Still love your videos!
