I enjoyed seeing your process. Your Voiceover is very informative as usual and the hidden humor is perfect. I really want to use Kydex for something now.
Seeing it in person has actually kept me up at night trying understand how you made it. Great work and hope to be reunited with it again in the future (aka in 2 months)
I have both gen 1 and current gen knives and I totally agree with your gripe re:closing, although I don’t think that the current gen really addressed it well Enough. I’ve been thinking of adding something to the inside face of the ring to build it up. Your solution is much better.
Can you share the DXF or should we reach out to Giaco individually? This has been on my todo list since I received mine, I just haven't gotten around to drawing it up.. the DXF would make it easier.
Holy snykies need stronger spindle. I burned my first one out on my chinese machine. Im going to go with a router with that cool spindle chip that evens out power distribution.
This is so cool! Thank you for making this awesome video!!! I really enjoyed it! I tried the holster and felt SO GOOD!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Your chin clamp technique at 8:05 was perfectly executed 10/10 😁
I have too much pride to ask anyone else in the shop for help. 😅

Great job, I appreciated being able to see this in Atlanta!
Great video. Even I'd like to look into anodizing.
BTW. I love the small projects that come out of this channel.
Great work! Kydex is now on my list of things to try. Thanks for the video.
Great stuff!
good god those desktop tool path times! ooooof
That little pocket is where you put your salary after Tax!!! 🤣
That is super cool!
For the whole video I was thinking, Giaco needs to see this... :)
Great video. Well explained as always. Nice design and fabrication. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Those screws look like the type used to hold indexable carbide tips on lathe tools.
I love your videos 🥰
Thanks for the video.

Remind me not to wear my PJ's when you're filming.....
I thought it was more of a "strategically expendable wardrobe" than PJ's... 😜
