She always looks so sad and unhappy, and depressed. I remember her on Oprah years ago, she appeared sulky and bored, hardly said a word. Oprah had a hard time being cheerful and interested.
She has aged gracefully! I was just a child when her mother died! We all were shocked about the accident. When I was a teenager I became a huge fan! She was a great model, so beautiful and a fantastic singer! I loved her music, the videos, singles and had posters of her on my wall! Thank God some woman who actually has the courage to say: look - I went through a lot, like we all have, and this is what I look now that I am getting older and just deal with it. I've heard it said that she inherited her Great GrandMother Princess Charlottes recessive genes (she went mad after many years of bizarre scandalous behavior). It is certain that she has had a very problematic life (to be unjustly accused of her Mothers death), that had her caught in a pattern of reactionary bad choices...Those Family secrets run deep. She reminds me of Princess Margaret, someone that had every advantage, but no guiding star, so eventually became a victim of her own willful , unfulfilled nature. I find it so strange that Princess Grace’s father had to cough up a million dollars for her dowry. Does that still go on today? Is that why royals who marry commoners almost always marry i to very wealthy families? Grace’s family was pretty well off but not so much that they could just throw a million dollars around. She was said to be responsible for the huge economic shift in Monaco. Her fame and the story of this “fairytale” marriage put tiny Monaco on the map and made it the international “playground” it became and, so far, has remained. Things weren’t as simple as Ranier falling in love with a beautiful Catholic...this was a transaction in every sense of the word. No wonder she was said to be sad, bored and longing for her previous life...it wasn’t exactly the life a movie star would have probably imagined it being.

I never realized how much she looked like her father. Although she wasn’t the “pretty” daughter, her androgynous looks were really “in” during the 80’s and she was the cover girl on lots of magazines. She did have a wild lifestyle, but I do like that she hasn’t fought her rapid aging. Her face shows all she has been through.
She was always beautiful. Even though looking like a boy at times. Cigarettes made her aged terribly, but I've always been a fan of hers. And for some reason she always reminds me of Rick Springfield in his prime.

I certainly don't smoke, I hardly ever use moisturizer (someimes I spread some Nivea across my cheeks after washing my face with shower gel) and I never use sunscreen. At 52 I still get asked why I have a 23-year-old child when I'm 28.
Genetics are a huge factor as well.

All older and grown children. It was a beautiful picture of the three of them together, their parents would be proud. I just wish people would realize everyone has their own path and we all learn some valuable lessons throughout our lives. It's what makes us human. I love the fact the girls are ageing naturally, more important things on their minds at this stage in their lives.
