Hi, I got my laser level a couple of years ago and it is extremely useful for all sorts of things. Mine is a green laser and apparently green is better to see than red. One of my first uses for the level was when I tiled the bathroom and it made it so easy to get the tiles straight and plum.
You v=can make your own measuring stick by taking say a 2x2 and recess a tape measure blade in one side and clamp the laser sensor to it and you are off and running.
What is the range for your level? After all of the rain and damage to the crops, I think it's time to redo the field tile here. Also, those are safety glasses for when you are working near the head. The laser in it can damage your eyesight permanently.
I will be making another video soon using it to figure out the lay of the pond I am digging. The manufacture claims 500 meter working distance with the detector.
right it works at 8ft.. over span of 10ft.. most people would just use a 48" level and string line for that does the receiver pick up the laser at 100' is it still accurate, can you quickly set grade on say a 40.'x40' gravel pad, or get three dozen sonna tubes all in plane?
Slow beep is low. Fast beep is high. Solid is dead on. Nice find, great video. Hope all is well with the surgeries.

@@DIYwithUncleCy Thanks
The glasses are for helping you see the laser line in brighter light...
Hi when you turn on your laser to start spinning does it have a rattle noise when spinning? Thanks
@@d4ngerous4 It should run fairly quiet. But, it may depend on the brand of laser.
Thanks 👍
Its the cheapest rotary level on amazon like 1 on video but in red colour
How do you know when the laser is actually level? Is it self levelling?
Yes it has to be close then it levels it self to perfect.

I have this same laser level but mine is the green beam. I've checked it at nearly 300', and it is accurate to about 1/8" at that distance.
When spinning is there a rattling noise? Is this normal, pls reply thanks
There is a very slight rattle but I do not think it is worrisome.
