I would see this as a similar case of government exams or college entry exam according to caste seat reservation are reserved in the similar way this is going to happen. If a minority person from other country comes into India that person is given an advantage to get Indian citizenship in 5 years otherwise that person has to wait for 11 years to get indian citizenship which is already existing.

Sir 3 things you mentioned about CAA and here are my thoughts 1) This will restrict Muslims from neighboring countries to obtain citizenship. This will not as they will be at Par with Hindus and Christians from other countries. Can apply for citizenship after 10 years. So the NRC situation from Assam will not hold good because all of the 17 lakhs were here more than 10 years. 2) NRC was not something that central government wanted to bring. People in Assam went to Supreme Court to implement NRC. Central government had to follow supreme Court orders. 3) Srilankan Refugees don't have a way to get citizenship even after 10 years as people other countries. Tamil leaders in Srilanka don't want that as they will loose their votes/support as number of Tamils will move out of Srilanka. Best option is to put them back in Srilanka with dignity and opportunities to prosper.

There are thousands of Muslim minorities live in north and south eastern India for more than four decades. Majority of them are daily labors, Illeterates, and poor. Already we have protected &developed their population many times since 1947!In other hand 23 percentage of hindu population decreased by 2percent due cruel activities of Muslims in Pakistan & Bangladesh ! Please think over it!In our Kashmir about 40percent reduced to 6percent! Opposition parties shed tears only for the Muslims from our enemy nations & Bangladesh etc but ever never for our hindus over years!

The final war in Sri Lanka happened in 2009. Even if a person came as refugee till 2013, they will be covered under existing laws(stay in India for 11 years) to get Indian citizenship. Bringing Srilankan Tamils as reason to CAA is a weak argument. They don't need it. You should improve your research and be more fair. If you have a political leaning, express it openly.

Mr. Raj Mohan,You please have some guts to explain BJP-RSS hidden agenda behind this CAA amendment issue. It’s purely political play and not their national interest. There are thousands of Muslim minorities live in north and south eastern India for more than four decades. Majority of them are daily labors, Illeterates, and poor. They don’t even know what are the records required to get eligible for a state citizenship. Excluding only Muslim minorities from the union government list is simply ridiculous. Important to note is that the union government is implementing this law just before the election 🗳️.
But it has National Interest bro Muslims from Pakistan ,Bangladesh & Afghan are Dangerous to our Country. Why they need to come to our countries as refugees we already parted our Country based on Religion during Independence right .They wanted Islamic country & went there why they need to come here? Well explained however CAA is mainly based on India, Pakistan (East & West Pakistan) & earlier Afghanistan was portioned by British, later which was signed by Indian prime minister & Pakistan prime minister, if any hindu (minority) is unable live in pakistan he can come to India, such people have come and staying from 1947 till 2014, only for those people this CAA amendment act, you new youtuber need to know this history as well and explain correctly to all innocent people
