When I finally got PS3 in 2012, the first thing I bought was this collection. I grew up with this saga, I absolutely love it. So much that I beat all five games within a week. God of War is fucking awesome.

I think the song playing in this trailer is from Ascension, I've never heard it in any of the 5 games of the series (which I've played). If that's the case, Ascension is going to sound incredible!
Charles Middleton I've played all the gos games, except of chains of olympus and ascension since i never got a ps3 or a ps vita, and well i'd like to play from gow1 up to gow2 including ghost of sparta bcs i didnt really know what was going on when i played them as i was like 7 yrs old :\
Charles Middleton Yes, imagine the amount of money they'd make by creating a collection of all the previous gow games, remastered or not, doesnt matter. They'd have like double what 4's making rn because for some reason the release of 4 made everyone want to play the older games. My guess is that the story is slowly unraveling with 4's release so playing the older ones will kinda refresh the timeline. Well atleast thats why i want it :v
God of War is just the best video game franchise ever! Every game in this collection is a masterpiece, I've played God of War III 21 times and I enjoyed it every time as much as I did on my first play-through! I hope God of War: Ascension will continue the tradition and being yet another masterpiece! This time I get to cut up other God of War fans online! It's going to be awesome!
What would be the best order to play these in? Chronologically by storyline, chronologically by release date or something different altogether? I've never played any of them and I'm not sure where to start. This series looks sick though, can't wait till it arrives. Cheers

This has to be one of the best, if not the best, gaming collections ever devised. I have my collection, it is truly worth every penny. A God among collections.
Easily one of the best deals on the PS3. 5 God of Wars with about a total of 40 hours of gameplay + a free month of playstation plus(but you will need a credit card to redeem it). Each God of War game have a separate place in your trophies list, so if you already have them nothing new. Only issue is God of War Origins is a downloadable voucher and it takes up a good amount of space.
Should I get this or the INFAMOUS COLLECTION? Already played GoW but only the PSP Versions.. but I'm thinking about replay value cuz it's sandbox.. so which to choose?

Its a great price cause you could buy the ps2 version and psp version and the ps3 version seperated, but they are putting 5 in 1 for 40 bucks. you save about 20 to 40 dollars depending were you buy it. For exemple in psn or fysical discs. I hope that i helped. im going to buy this and the killzone triology
