No need to size up. The jacket is already quite loose. A medium should be fine for your measurements and you can definitely wear a hood underneath.

I honestly prefer the medium fit. As it’s roomy but quite cropped. If anything you could use it as a nice over layer.

I get those tees in large too. But these jackets are quite loose fitting, Medium should be good. All depends on your proportions and style though.

Your white balance /lighting is out somehow so your olive looks pale green, for example.
