- Effective teamwork starts and ends with communication, only by talking to your teammates on the pitch can you organise your structure, implement in-game tactics, become aware of your surroundings, adapt to different situations and so much more.
But great communication doesn’t always just occur naturally, it’s a tool which needs to be perfected as a team, and that always starts firstly on the training pitch. Just as our very own Train Effective player, Brandon Diau, demonstrates in this small sided training game.
When Brandon joined the Train Effective family, he was a player with an aspiration to make it pro, which through sheer hard work and dedication, he achieved, playing professional football in England, Romania and now in Wales. Yea find a local club or the nearest club were you can play
Train a LOT make yourselg aware for better clubs like in example at scoutings and so on but india it is kinda harder because it doesn't have the greatest infurstucre for football so willing to leave india is necessery too but if you just want to play for fun then just play at your local club
Hello man I also run a RUclips channel, I know of a 19 years old kid who is very very very good. I swear I can put my life on him. I watched your videos and that kid is very good but from a very poor background. He’s currently in dubai working for a mall when he’s mom got dead. No one to support him. Everyone keeps promising and failing him. He’s a left footed winger. Very very good. I know what I’m talking about. I watch him destroy pro defenders and goalkeepers, scoring in every game he plays against them, when they are on break and playing with the guys in Ghana. If you pick up that kid and send him on trials, no team would reject him. No team has rejected him when e was in Ghana, not even the pro clubs but they are very corrupt and he was very poor. He gave up when his mom died and got the chance to work in Dubai. He’s the only child of his mom and the dad abandoned them to marry a diff lady. It’s not too late, he just turned 19. Please save this kid and you will never regret it. I know you have a good heart also and I trust in you. Thank you.
