I'd at least semi cook the bacon first before putting it in the pastry, or use something less fatty like prosciutto or a good smoked ham.
Favorite in Italy? LOL. I promise you will never find this in Italy. Bacon? No. Corn? No. Sour cream? I don’t think so. Could you have made this any longer? Frozen Puff pastry? omg
I’d use prosciutto, seems like bacon would cook well inside the puff pastry.

Bacon IS SMOKED. And, definitely brush the dough with egg wash before baking. These videos can have 3-4 minutes cut out if they didn’t show every step in its totality. We understand what to do. The pastry does look delish, though.
I often leave these looong videos for that reason…don’t need to see whole zucchini being shredded

If you click on the settings button at the top right corner of the video you can increase the playback speed and make it go quicker. I cant stand how slow these vids are either so I set mine to 2x. But you have to put the volume down or the music is fast forwarded as well lol
The video takes longer than the entire recipe....ugh!

We don't have to see 100% of each step. Just show a little, and then move on. We know how to grate zucchini and cheese etc. The video is unnecessarily long.
So fast forward if you don't Wana see it all. And speak for yourself and not "we" as a collective. Jeez some ppl just have to complain about every darn thing. Rediculous. Did you like the recipe ? Did you make the recipe? You may know how to grate zucchini but not everyone knows to squeeze out the excess liquid after.

And to those, “But some people are new to cooking…” if you are new to grating whole courgette/zucchini, don’t cut BOTH ends off before grating. Cut ONE end off and you have something to hold onto until you reach the end. Then you can go a bit faster playing something more lively than a sleepy piano ditty.
Interesting recipe. I’d use a thin sliced ham or prosciutto instead of that fatty bacon (even though it’s probably delicious).

Definitely put some black pepper some garlic powder or something inside with your zucchini when you add it because it's just going to taste so bland.
I probably will make it but I won't use bacon unless it is like partially cooked first

Your recipe looks wonderful and I would love to try it but there is no recipe attached. And frankly the video is just too long to watch it again and write it down. Remember that most people who are watching you have some background in cooking and we don't need to watch you cut up a whole green onion or meticulously spread your chopped zucchini over the pastry. I think when you get a handle on this you're going to have a good response to your recipes.

I did not subscribe because while it looks delicious and the video was beautifully done, I don’t have time to sit and watch something THAT long for one recipe. If they could include printable recipes… because who is going to remember all of the little details from a video…and cut back their videos a bit, I would have happily subscribed. Great idea and looks delicious though!

I made it about 2 and 1/2 minutes in I don't understand the value where they give no measurements whatsoever I can make up things on my own if you say something's tasty let me know how to make it details make the world go around
