I bought these a month ago after also owning the openmove and it has changed my whole world. Swimming, biking, running I that exact order all on one charge as an amateur triathlete. The openswim is an absolute game changer!
These headphones are a serious game changer for swimming. Getting the music downloaded into the MP3 versions and saving from Spotify was the only “painful” part - not hard once I watched a few RUclips videos on how to do it… just time consuming. But used them today for first time and worth every damn penny and the time to download music. The sound was unbelievable in the water and it made my hour swim go by so quick. I am a former college swimmer and I don’t know how we survived without these!! ❤ I have the open swim pro
@@teriyakibo2396 sorry if duplicate response. I do have a paid for spotify account. Not sure if works if not. I had to watch a few videos & trial and error. I tried it for 1 song first to confirm working & then did it all. You have to do it one by one - or at least that is how I got it to work. Had to be connected to computer with headphones connected not via phone or Bluetooth. Had to download from spotify, convert to MP3 and then drag to Shohz folder that opens up when connecting headphones to computer. Not the easiest process but once I figured it out - it was quick clicking/saving/etc. Will try to share a few videos now. Good luck. It was worth the headache to figure it out cause swimming with these are EPIC.
I love the upgrade from 4GB (not enough) to 32GB , we can now hold up to 10.000 songs by putting them in folders on the headphones, however they forgot to add a "Next folder" feature, which makes it impossible to use the 32GB because you cant navigate.I for example have put a folder of audio books, a folder with podcasts and a folder with all my music, but the playing always starts at the first folder, so you have to click hundreds of times the next button. I hope one day they make it possible to select the folder from the phone app, or via 4 clicks on the multifunction button. (maybe a firmware update?) Tip: To upload MP3 files into the headset you just connect it to the computer and then a disk called "Openswim pro" appears, copy your folder there. Unfortunally it is not possible to transfer files over bluetooth (for example copying MP3 files fom the phone to the headset), that would have been handy (maybe a firmware upgrade?)
I love this! i use my garmin watch when swimming and able to have bluetooth to these and play my spotify easily. my swims are now more entertaining singing along for long distance
Hello, thanks for the comments. I have a critical question. I tried the headphones in the store but the back is a bit loose, will this cause a problem while swimming? While other shokz models have a mini size, the swim model does not. Should the back be loose while swimming?
No folders. No USB-C. No bluetooth file transfer, still drag and drop. No offline playlist syncing for Spotify or YTM. No thanks. Hardware and design are pretty solid. Please develop some software to improve user experience.
