Having a way to navigate playlists on a 32gb drive should be a thing. Also being able to manage and transfer files with the app, i mean, the bluetooth connection is already made, let me transfer my audio files with it. Still good quality product, just surprisingly outdated on one of its main functions

I’ve owned mine less than an hour and I’m sending it back. Absolutely false advertising, 20 year old tech, no support, phone answering in the Philippines. This product belongs in the 80’s.
I love mine, but yeah, this is reeeeaaalllly taking me back to when I used to load podcasts on by hand nearly 20 years ago. I'm rarely going to go through all these steps. I'll load some music and maybe an audio book on it, but I'm really buying them for the 100% waterproofing. I kill my regular ones after a year of use from sweat.
Why are people complaining I don't understand? It's just drag and drop MP3 files via a computer. If you can't do this then how are you going to have the patience to swim or run😂.

Agreed. At least provide people with a usb-c head or converter since most laptops are using that now.
