The list my dietician gave me;
Latest 08:30 : 1 egg+ 1 little slice of cheese + 1 or 2 slices bread + limitless tomatos and cucumbers
11:00 : 1 fruit
13:00: 4 spoons of vegetable meal or 1 palm size of meat (without sauce and potatos) + 1 tea glass of yogurt or 1 water glass of ayran + limitless salad without sauce + 1 slice of bread
15:00 : 4 dried apricot or 1 fruit (preferably apple/pear)
17:00: 1 glass of low fat milk
Latest 18:30: Same with lunch (but if you had vegetable meal at lunch, have meat at dinner or viceverse) + 1 bowl of soup
21:30 : 2 fruits + 1 tea glass of milk or yogurt
(Above are the maximum you can eat. If you can lessen it do so. 4 days a week you should walk for 40 min at fast speed.)
