Nice! The thing's I'd change is I'd switch the living room with the 1st bedroom because it's already small to begin with and I wouldn't want to be going up and down the stairs for snacks or a potty break.
But keep in mind that I am old now (50) with arthritis, lol. This would be the perfect starter home for a young couple, or friends.
That loft ladder was way too steep and having it near the stove was a little scary as well, but otherwise it was fine.
And lastly if the loft was a room, as beautiful as it looked with the railing, it would serve better as a room if it was able to close for privacy. Maybe roll down blinds?
If the loft was a study, office or library it would be great as is! But personally most parents wouldn't want their children going up and down, especially during supper time. It would give me a heart attack, lol.
It would suit a teenager just fine though. And most parents of teenagers would appreciate being able to see what they are doing, hahaha right?

I like it, but where's the washer dryer? Did I miss it? Kind of wide area in the upstairs railing. If small children came to visit Idk. It's cute though.

Sobrang ganda ang husay nito. Ask ko po sana magkano ang ganito po. Para sa 100sqm lot area ko sa Capiz area po ako. Ito lang ang gusto ko tiny house at swak sa banga ang specs. Salamat po sana masagot.

Да уж , скакать по этим лестницам сможет только модежь . Когда начнете уборку ,тогда поймете все прелести верхних этажей . У меня лестница , хотя намного удобней , но все таки это жуть .
