If we create 6 hole dia 8.5 at pcd of 150 through this method using hexagon shape then I don't get pcd circle in final drawing.

This is another personality offered by creo parametric. This takes less time to regenerate the feature and the file size is less comparatively. We can choose the suitable method as per our requirement. This is not used in the case of PCD.
