There's that feeling of nostalgia. The feeling which we want to re-live. The feeling that things aren't the same as they were before. The feeling that maybe we're lost. Lost for many different reasons. Lost in many different ways. What does that mean for us? We could pretend that our present doesn't exist. We could go back and reminisce on what happened so long ago. But pretending doesn't cut it. Maybe we want to go back because that's when we started, we want a reminder of the intense emotions that swirled through from the start. Maybe we're supposed to be continuing that journey and carry those reminders to create a new feeling that overtakes us and relives the nostalgia. Only the nostalgia is right now and not so long ago.

I honestly don't know how to start this. First off happy to be on the new Ponies At Dawn album Amity!!! Really love all the songs on there and the great collabs. I haven't been in the scene for that long or participated in a lot of the P@D albums, but for the ones I have, I can say that all the producers are extremely talented. I'm glad to have contributed and met the amazing people that I've met. I remember getting pulled into the group around the end of 2015 not knowing anyone and now the beginning of 2017 am grateful for all of it. Love you all in the P@D chat
As for the song, it was first at random, but once I continued, it felt right. The end of 2015 was the time when I remixed Spectra's song "Peace At Last" It was when I was starting out in pony music and wasn't associated with ponies at dawn or many fandom musicians for the matter. I remember the feeling of joy when Spectra sent me the stems and when he commented on the remix, love you a lot Spectra, you really are talented and an amazing producer. Time sure does fly. I decided to add the Fluttershy vocal chop as a reference to the Peace At Last remix, which also contained Fluttershy vocal chops. You know why I love vocal chops? Not for the fact that it makes the song "pony", but for the fact that it gives me a hint of nostalgia. In a sense that it takes me back to when I became a brony, to realize this was something I loved a lot. It makes me grin so hard because the assosciation and the motivation of why I'm doing this. We honestly need more happy DnB in the fandom! I really do hope you love this and hope you LOVEEEE the P@D album make sure to check it out in the link above!! Love you all so much
