@@alessias.4733 🤣🤣🤣 please go learn about human anatomy in fact i have about 20 books I read for fun on the very subject so I can lend you a few a woman CAN get that big naturally that's like saying a man can't get as big as Dwayne Johnson he looks like he takes roids everyone will admit that but his stats say otherwise I can't remember what the scale or method is called to find out if someone is natural or a roid user and the number is about 26 Dwayne muscle index or whatever the thing is called falls at exactly 26 the largest a male can get naturally without steroids, in fact,he was also BIGGER in his role for Hercules did you know that's the protein that builds muscle testosterone helps but it's mainly protein if you repair the torn muscle fibres then there is no reason for a woman to not be able to get that big her biceps would be about 15 16in around that's what mine are and I didn't do much training to get them that big so yes a woman who trains and lifts weights 5 to 6 times a week with progressive overload WILL in fact become that big in fact there are natural bodybuilders who are females who are bigger but I'm sure I'm talking to a brick wall at this point since your probably so convinced that she is on roids that you won't listen to fact and logic also I love how you say "probably" which means it's likely but your not 100% sure do you know her personally? Have you seen her diet her training regime? Not like you would know since I doubt you have even seen the inside of a gym in your life let alone pump iron so I need to ask os it 'probably' that she is taking something? Or IS she taking something? You can't probably take steroids you can't probably get pregnant its either you do or you don't so if you do know that she takes roids upload them to the internet because I would LOVE to know how you know that she takes roids simply based on her looks

Hanh protein and creatine arent really drugs because there are natural ways to get those supplements, mainly by eating a shit load of meat. So for someone who doesnt like eating a lot or really for practicality in general, supplements are just helpful

As someone who enjoys being in the gym, i respect bodybuilders so much. The amount of time and dedication they commit to is not easy. To have achieved their level of muscle mass and learn the skills for a comp requires persistent training and energy! I applaud all of them. Plus, at the end of the day what someone else's body looks like doesn't matter to anyone else. As long as they are happy and healthy let them do them and you do you.
Honestly people that bodybuild impress me because Im not that disciplined and could never be.

Seriously, if there is nothing to be afraid of, just admit it! Any biologist or doctor will tell in a heartbeat these women are full of roids. I am not sure about the guy, but considering roughly 1.5% of adult UK residents take roids - and that's including the elderly, who don't even use any -, I'd say there is a pretttttty high chance he is on the good stuff too.
Horvath that's a lot of people taking steroids! All for increased muscle and athletic ability? Or in total. There are legitimate medical reasons for taking steroids. I was put on Prednisone all of last October for instance. But I assume when you refer to them you're referring to some sort of body-enhancing one? I truly don't know what sort of steroids are taken when an athlete or competitor is accused of having taken them. I do know it is possible to bulk muscles via training, lifestyle and diet. But it does take diligence, commitment and sacrifice. Lots of life changes. Who's to say those women, or at least some of them, didn't acquire that bulk without the use of steroids? Neither can you be certain they do, nor I be certain they don't. It's really their truth to know.

Why is everybody saying "these women look like men"? How do women look? How do men look? They look how they do and how they want to. So stop claiming they don't look like women, women have muscles too and can train and bulk them up as well and that's okay, they still are and look like women.
High muscle mass is produced with testosterone, the male hormone. Males high in testosterone are generally more attractive as they have higher muscle mass, high sex drive, strong jawline etc... these women look like men as a result, they need that higher testosterone to get that muscular physique
That's not what I'm saying. High muscle mass is associated with high testosterone. This is the male hormone, so it's naturally associated with masculinity, which is why they look like men.

Well, eat train sleep repeat. Just repeating what last body builder said. I'm sure that works. Plus it helps if you're built like an endomorph, I guess, since they all had that type of body (minus one woman, she was on the slimmer side)
Take care of your mental and emotional health as much as your body. Muscles are nice, but they won't likely get you far in life if you don't have other skills. Instead of video games, do sports or just work out. Study hard. Success in life won't be easy, but hard work when you're young will pay off later.
