The next of kin becomes automatically in charge of all the deceased person’s assets in the eyes of succession law! If a person has a will then the beneficiaries named in such a document take precedent before next of kin! Mostly next of kin persons are also the ones in wills because such names are the final decision of a person’s wish after death! In very rare cases they differ!
