Rice and egg is great breakfast food. I loved eating like that when I traveled around SE Asia. I didn't know Pho was breakfast food though. That's a lot of stew and noodles in the morning lol. I make a huge bowl.
Jeannie if you want to bulk up but remain lean you should focus on eating protein and complex carbs. Stay away from the fatty foods or you will gain unhealthy weight and will have to work double as hard to shed the fat. So focus on gaining weight but keeping eating clean so can be thick fit. Complex carbs: oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa Protein: Fish, chicken, beef, pea protein sources, etc
i’m Haitian and every time we got Haitian food or any other food the night before we always ate it in the morning. Most of the time i eat leftovers for breakfast 🤣❤️ and cold fried chicken is good 😋
I enjoy eating good food anytime of the day or night. I've been partaking in too much takeout lately which is causing acid reflux 😖.
