I just wanted to say, I bought the special version that came with the stuff dog in a body cast.
Can you guys do a reaction to a TV series Spartacus it’s a really good show. It’s only four seasons, because the main actor died during filming but I highly recommend it not that many reactions on RUclips for this one so this will be a first
in the extended cut the pat healy friend got eaten by his own snake, i think Lars von Trier got his crap serial killer movie idea from this, i do have a movie that got away, there was a duel of two vampires at the end with long sharp claws as their nails, never could ever found out the tittle of that movie, because it dont think it was american made
The woman playing Keith David's wife is the beautiful Markie Post. She was in the cast of the original "Night Court." May she rest in peace.
I quote the hitchhiker scene at least five times a year.
"Step into my office."
"Why?"
"Cause you're fuckin fired!"
The face tick gets me every time "Nnnnnoooo...noooooo"
@@sweatyjester It’s such a great scene.
There’s a lot of over the top scenes that don’t hold up as well but this is one of my favorites.
"Seven Minute Abssssss"
If you're gonna laugh, maybe this isn't the show for you
Oh me too 😂
The stepdad is so funny. “This would have never happened to Woogie!”
Keith David is a legend!
"How'd you get the beans above the frank?" 🤣🤣🤣
You guys skyrocketed up in my books because you enjoyed the humour in this movie…not everyone does - I LOVED watching this with you!!! 👏🏻👏🏻😂😂❤️
Tell me the 90s isn't the best decade for movies. I saw this in a theater (that no longer exists) with my mom. Pure legendary classic.
Who's been to Santiago, Chile twice in one year?!?
That line is so much funnier cause he delivered that line.. "TWICE LAST YEAR..." so perfectly! LOL!
GO NINERS!
The guy that plays Warren is an incredibly talented actor. Especially in the tv series DEADWOOD.
One of the best series I've ever seen. Everyone killed it
He was also the cameraman in the first Scream
When I realized that the brother in this film and Dan Dority in Deadwood are one and the same I swear you would have needed a spatula to get my jaw off the floor...
When I saw this years ago, I was thoroughly impressed how well this "special needs" actor played his part. I had no idea it was a normal guy. Great job playing that character.
He's also Pauly Shore's biggest fan in Pauly Shore Is Dead.
This movie is so frickin funny... the part with the dog kills me...
Disagree, this movie was just decent at best… I only chuckled a few times throughout it.
But I will say it was the best Ben Stiller movie, it was better than Meet the Parents, Zoolander etc
@@nsasupporter7557
Dodge ball a true underdog story disagree.
@@nsasupporter7557 Fool, Tropic Thunder is the best Ben Stiller movie because Les Grossman ! And i agree, the dog scene was hilarious for the time.
@@vincentvoillot6365 I didn’t say anything about the dog scene! So you’re the fool, not me. This movie sucked, because Ben Stiller sucks. I was just being very generous when I said that this movie was decent…
I’ve never seen Tropic Thunder, nor will I ever see it
Jonathan Richman is such a great inclusion as the "musical narrator." His music rocks so hard.
Yup he was great in Kingpin too!
Having so much fun rewarching these comedies with you two, your laughing is contagious!! Haven't seen some of these in like 20 years!
@10:27 Ahhh, Anthony. Own that shit my dude! Ain't NOTHING wrong with a bald brother. 💪
The noise from the audience laughing hysterically in the theatre, while watching this movie, was something I'd never heard before, and likely never will again.
This was probably one of the first comedies I ever watched. I was five when this came out, and I STILL quote this movie all the time.
“FRANKS AND BEANS!”
Such a classic, Matt Dillon plays his role to perfection 🤣
I'd love to see you guys react to "Mystery Men" a personal childhood favorite of mine that also stars Ben Stiller
Imagine someone watching that movie for the first time and finally figuring out where Smash Mouth got the source material for All Star
If you start to doubt your powers, you give power to your doubts.
"Mary's Dad", Keith David, had been in Platoon with Charlie Sheen, and then with him and his brother, Emilio Esteves, in comedy Men At Work as a Vietnam vet, and are highlarious hijinks!
Men at Work is one no one reacts to, much less heard of. Everyone I know who has seen is agrees that it’s a classic. One of my all time favorites.
Keith David is a great actor, he played the voice of the president in Rick and Morty and is in Saint’s Row games
He's was also in The Thing. And many more movies.
Keith David has the second best "motherfucker" right after Samuel L. Jackson.
He's also in Community, The Cape, They Live, Spawn, Gargoyles...
I never realized that Woogie convinced Ted to find Mary so he could know where she is
Dumb and Dumber: watch the first one only, forget the prequel and sequel exist. Trust me.
Yeah dont listen to "Only good one is the classic one" guy. Still watch and give your take. "Only good one is the classic one" guys always say this about sequels and prequels.
@@BiLLz66614 I can assure you there are a great many number of sequels and prequels I like. Don’t appreciate being put into a box. 😘
@@Billy-zv6gv You’re still putting me in a box. I wasn’t a hall monitor. Kinda seems like you’re the one policing the comments section though. ✌🏻
I liked the prequel and yes the sequel. Not as good as the first obviously, but I mean...we are talking about Dumb and Dumber here.
@@Billy-zv6gv LOL. “Bullies”? This was advice, not bullying. They can watch whatever they want. If you think this is bullying, you should’ve seen the people that bullied *me* in high school. 🤣
Fun fact the character Mary was the inspiration for the "cool" girl monologue in Gone girl (movie and book)
This is one of my favorite movies! Lol such a classic film. I loved this movie since childhood and it will forever be iconic.
Yeah, them Niners own your Cowgirls so we feel you!😅
FUN FACT: The cop that beats up Ben Stiller tried to kill Arnie in Kindergarten Cop.
I never put that together. Thanks!
And he tried to kill Jerry Mitchell in Three O’Clock High.
@@AutoPilate I FORGOT that movie ENTIRELY til I read this. Forgot about the movie then suddenly it hit me. I saw it once God knows how many years ago but then the scene popped into my head!!! I'm definitely watching that again soon. Great character actor. Thank you!!!!
@@randall-king Any time!! Read the reply below yours for another movie with the actor I forgot about.
Richard Kove..he was also in a 5v series sbout an alien on probation on earth to to good things for crimes comitted on his home planet...I enjoyed that short lived series.
That hitchhiker was totally in Dumb and Dumber. Lol
And Half baked.
Yes!! You have to see Kingpin!!! Makes me want to go bowling. Lmao
“We dont have a cow XD
I watched this in the cinema with my dad as a kid. Good times! I didnt understand most of the jokes but now as an adult, everything’s freakin hilarious
At the time we didn't know it but ben stiller has been rockin comedy for a long time along with the farley's. awesome goofy bastards : D
Rocking it?? Noway, Ben Stiller sucks. This was his only semi decent movie. The only reason he became famous was because of his parents… they were already in show business so he was just born into it
I remember seeing this in the theater and thinking it was the funniest movie ive ever seen. Still holds up.
Woogie's wife is the real keeper
Man I am tripping out... When you guys brought up movies that scared you as a kid, I immediately thought of a movie with an amputated hand that was going around terrorizing everyone, or at least that is all I remember about it. And then Anthony starts talking about, what I am thinking, might be the exact movie I was traumatized by. Then everything he said at 43:50 gave me goosebumps because it was exactly what was happening at that moment... Gave me chills, ngl
Stalking is when two people are in love but only one knows about it. -old Klingon proverb
Lee evans is an absolute legend. You need to watch his stand ups.
The rabbit’s foot on Ted’s keychain that Warren was petting was a reference to Flowers For Algenon, which was a book/movie about a special needs guy who had experimental brain surgery that temporarily made him smarter (and he had a lucky rabbit’s foot that he would always pet).
KING PIN by the Farrelly Brothers. It's hilarious. Starring Woody Harrelson, Randy Quaid, Bill Murray, Vanessa Angel. 🤞✌️
Kacee: I was just saying go with Brett.
Somebody needs to tell her 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
"it's like pulling off a band-aid" lol crazy
The reason she says she was a Niners fan is, because Steve Young of the 49ers was the first pick to play the "Brett Favre part", but he would not do the movie because of his LDS faith, and Matt Dillion & Cameron Diaz were dating in real life at the time.
Young was choice 2; Drew Bledsoe was originally asked to do that part since he was playing for New England at the time and the Farrellys, being from Rhode Island, are massive Boston area sports fans. They usually cast players from various Boston teams for cameo roles in their films (Cam Neely in Dumb and Dumber, Roger Clemens in Kingpin, etc...)
@@bystandah9626 Maybe, but Steve Young had just won the Super Bowl with the 49ers in 1995 aka a bigger name at the time of the filming of this movie, Steve even had a cameo on the TV show Wings, Plus, Mary is living in SF in the movie.
Hilarious movie. Right up there with Me, Myself & Irene.
the funniest thing is that people thought the actor that played 'Tucker' had the worst english accent when in fact, he's actually english lol
The memory movie for me was 'The Faculty' the grown ups had rented it and i walked by and caught a glimpse. THE GLIMPSE I SAW was the shower scene where the guy gets walked in on by the...JUST WATCH IT. Messed me up for years, and I never knew where it was from until recently when I watched it. 😂
Dumb and Dumber next!!!
This movie is so damn funny. I saw it at an age I really shouldn't have, didn't understand most of the jokes, but still enjoyed it. I feel it's aged pretty well over time (mainly because once you understand the humor it's hilarious). Great overall movie.
You guys are great together. :) Jealous, but also a happy thing to see. Keep on with the great reactions.
Speaking of possessed hands, there's a great old goofy comedy horror movie called Idle Hands. You should totally watch it. It was the first time I'd ever seen Jessica Alba, Devon Sawa, and Seth Green. *EDIT* I paused the video seconds before you said "Idle Hands" when I posted this. . . so apparently you already know about it. But it sounds like you haven't seen it, so you should still watch it.
One the best comedy movie ever ! 😂🇺🇸🇲🇽🇮🇹
The guy who sings the songs is Jonathan Richman. He was the singer for the 70s band Modern Lovers. Chris Frantz and Jerry Harrison were also in the band and later joined Talking Heads.
Chris Frantz was never in the Modern Lovers. However, Greg Robinson from The Cars was.
A childhood staple where I'm from
Great reaction, great movie! If y'all like this you will LOVE the movie "There's Something About Mary"
Can't get over how fucking hilarious Matt Dillon is in this. Perfect sleazebag role if there's ever been one.
Those teeth...
😂🤣😂”Franks and Beans!”
This movie is hilarious but I definitely didn’t expect the funniest moment to occur at 10:26 😂😂😂
Ben Stiller plays this character so well…he put out this, Along Came Pauly, Meet The Parents and Duplex and he kinda plays the same character but I live it. They’re all freakin hilarious!! Ben Stiller is too underrated…he put out some classics…not to mention Tropic Thunder!!
Hi Anthony and Kacee this movie is so damn funny, one of my all time top five comedies, so glad you reacted to it! 😂 ✌
Phantasm was that for me. Terrified me as a child, and I could never remember what it was. A few years back I Googled the random scene I remembered and found it!
Frank and Beans!
Mine was a TV show I watched on Nickleodeon over winter break at my grandparent's house when I was seven or so. It took thirty years before I found out it was a Canadian show called Today's Special.
All I remember is when her hair was sticking up everyone in the freaking movie theater was on the ground laughing
I saw this in theaters when it first came out. I was in college. It was a packed house, and everybody was dying with laughter.
Dobler-Dahmer Theory by Ted Mosby and it's effin accurate
In my opinion one of the greatest comedies you will ever f****** see
“Those goofy bastards” 💀😂
I have a similar childchood movie memory too. It was a VHS of some low-budget 80-ies movie about androids, iirc (the setting was not futuristic tho). I remember a sceene in a house (maybe a bar?) with a man ripping girl's head off, and then it's revealed she's an android when her head talks, laying on the floor with wires comming out of it's neck and stuff. Creeped me out, scared me shitless and started living rent-free in my brain. As an adult I tried to find out it's title but with no success.
One of my favorite reactions. I"m a fan of comedy and horror reactions. Awesome job 😃👍
For the longest time The Shining was the movie that evaded me as a child , I remember seeing the creepy twins and the elevator that pours out blood. But as a kid I couldn’t remember what movie it came from or that Jack Nicholson was in it till I saw it on tv one day, now it’s one of my all time favorite horror movies and it’s what introduced me to Stephen King novels. 🤔📚📖
Had something similar regarding movies. Except I found it a couple years ago. I had recently watched Amadeus in the late 2000s, and remembered that I had seen a biopic/drama regarding Beethoven when I was a child. This was before the internet was part of my daily life, and as an adult I had forgotten everything about the film. Enter IMDB and my need to know trivia. After watching Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy in 2012 I went deep into Gary Oldman’s filmography, and found that he portrayed Beethoven in Immortal Beloved (1994). A wave of relief washed over me as I finally had a name. I immediately set sail to torrent the film. It was a triumphant watch.
We need to get the Forgetting Sarah Marshall + Get Him To The Greek double feature. Also, BASEketball is a must-watch.
Yeah, today was the first day I realized that day from stepbrothers was a therapist lol
There's something about Kacee, schwing
There is something about this one. It simply elevates compares to other comedy of its flavour. hahaha
Was this the uncut version? I remember they showed what the zipped up part looked like but I don't remember if it was in the original or I think there was a later uncut dvd release.
OMG YES! This just made my Monday! Thank you!
The scene where the stretcher falls wasn't planned and was left in the movie because of how funny it was
Watching those classic! is awesome! thanks
There was a prequel to Dumb and Dumber with different actors in the 90s called When Harry Met Lloyd.
Dude, why are you bringing that up!! 🤦♂️ that movie never should’ve been made. They haven’t even watched the original Dumb and Dumber yet
@nsasupporter7557 Because he was saying he thought both the Dumb and Dumber movies came out in the 90s. That's why he was thinking that.
@@mikegilgenbach4840 oh, thank you 👍
@@mikegilgenbach4840 yes, that prequel came out in 2003 by some people who just wanted to make some money. The guy that played Lloyd was the same actor who played the blonde jock in Not Another Teen Movie
42:00 I had a movie like that too - I saw this really bizarre B-movie while me and couple of guys spent the night at a friend’s house during my freshman year of high school back in 1994 - we all took acid and smoked a ton of weed, so I just assumed the movie seemed weirder in my head than it actually was - then like 6 or 7 years later while I was in college, I was up late watching TV when I came across an episode of Mystery Science Theater featuring that same movie. Turns out that it really was just as strange as I remembered it and the drugs hadn’t warped the movie as much as I assumed. I can’t recall its name a this point, but finally finding it while not on LSD felt like some gigantic validation for my brain.
You gotta watch the ending scene where the cops are lip-synching to build me a buttercup
Franks and beans!!
Kingpin is one of my all time favorite comedies as well!! Also Idle Hands is actually a pretty funny comedic horror that I think you'd really enjoy!
If ya watch the original Dumb and Dumber, make sure you watch the theatrical cut. A lot of people make the innocent mistake of watching the extended or director's cut. And while okay, those cuts definitely have timing slash flow issues based on editing.
The guy singing throughout the movie is Jonathan Richman. He has this great song called Icecream Man, which is good on its own but goes to the next level because of the false finishes in the song.
Also, Fever Pitch with Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore is a Farrely Brothers movie. It's loosely based on a 90s movie that dealt with soccer. This one deals with the Redsox. It's a romcom. It's one of my comfort movies. I just like the characters in it and Jimmy Fallon especially in it.
I agree 💯 about Dumb and Dumber
I know why you think the dumb and dumber movies were both made in the 90's/early 2000's. in 2003 a movie released as a prequal to "Dumb and Dumber" called " Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry met Lloyd" with different actors... It did not do too well lol. But I saw it as a kid as well and loved it lol. Then way after in like 2018 or something, the second "Dumb and Dumber" came out and had the original cast again.
Amazing choices on these comedies you are reacting to
Bruh I don't know how many times i rewinded that interrogation scene the misunderstanding was hilarious my favorite Ben stiller film
Also, Ben Stiller being dropped while being put in the ambulance wasn’t planned. He really got dropped and hurt his elbow lol they kept it in because it added even more humor to the scene
Home girl sayong this looks so 70's this is 85? Gold
Love your videos, keep them coming. Oh yeah, GO BIRDS!
I had that experience with a movie. For years I remembered a scene where a kid gets pulled into a painting by an octopus, and for many years I didn't know what it was, and no one could tell me. But then a random reddit post was finally able to tell me that it was "High Spirits".
Like your reaction channel. This was one of Ben Stiller best comedy movies. Continue your reactions. As Mary would say "Go Niners!"😎
*There's Something About Casey"* LOL
Great reaction guys. Always good to laugh. 😊😂😂👏🥰
i was litterally watching reactions to this movie today, it's such a nice surprise seeing you upload this !!! Hilarious movie !!
Masterpiece ever. Great
Lol love this movie .. i know a "mary".. my friend Sarah has this effect on people lol.. they see her and get obsessed.. even my bfs .. lol
Fun fact: The Ben Stiller/Dog fight scene won Best Fight Scene at the MTV Movie Awards. 😅😂
The whole Brett farve being a great guy thing certainly changed
getting ready for some loud laughing
This is my all-time favorite comedy movie. The heartbreak kid with Ben Stiller is my #2 favorite
Man, before the movie even starts, I just wanted to throw in their my vote for Dumb and Dumber. It's one of my favorite movies, for sure, such a classic for me. Probably my favorite comedy, close with Old School, but in general movie terms it'd be top 10, maybe even top 5.
My childhood movie was Willow. Figured it out after disney made the series
"The Forgetting Sarah Marshall" is a fun watch if you want more raunchy comedies!
