Good video, thanks. I've been trying to decide between TBS Crossfire & DJI Digital. I don't fly long range but do fly the beach & cliffs nearby and experience some signal loss. Take care in this crazy time.
Doctor Drone anything inside a mile the Dji transmitter is the way to go. I never realized how far half a mile was until I actually did it with my camera drones. I rarely do fpv over half a mile, so the Dji transmitter is perfect for me. I’ve sent it a mile before.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm only coming into FPV in past few months and starting out with DJI FPV System. Keep hearing about all this other gear and TBS Crossfire and keep wondering if I really need that or not. Sounds like I'm good at the moment...I plan on running all DJI FPV AIr Units or Caddx Vista Systems in my quads.....just picked up a Chimera4 (4S) with GPS built into it...will be interesting to see what kind of range I'll get with just DJI System (no TBS Crossfire)...All good insight to hear what others are doing (esp. those who've been at this a while). Thanks again!
I was able to adjust trim on the controller by disarming and putting to full throttle then move the right stick in the direction to correct trim. I plugged back up and now it won't let me do it. Dji controller is very hard to find info on. Any advise. Thank you.
“What I want to do is fly”... YES!!! Building is fun for the first few months just to understand how everything works and to be able to do repairs. Then it becomes a pain.
they, thanks for the review. if you new to the bobby, would you add Crossfire to all Caddx of air unit in case the range not good in dji controller (for me) cause I like to fly inside buildings and maybe obstacles would be bad for the transmitter. other think, do you thing even if crossfire had a better range but it limited to dji video range? I don't know what's you opinion? adding crossfire ($30) to each drone I buy (maybe maximum 2 for now lol) worth it in case I buy tango controller? thank again man and I would love if you share your experience with me
Hey nice Video, thx for that! Can you plz tell me where to get those spare parts you have on the dji radio? Like the sticks and these red alloy plate?!? Thx
yes, in SERVO SETUP in the goggles you can adjust the sub-trim using the 5D buttons or the scrolling wheels on the top of the Tx. All in the goggles...
Hi, thanks for sharing your insights!. I can't appreciate the accessory you attach to the transmitter, that one in red. Is it to hold it to something or do its handling better? (sorry form my english, hope you understand my question) Tnks in advance!
People came to this video because they are interested in what the titles says the video is about. I almost gave up on the video because you took 6 minutes to even get to the point. Thanks to comments for time stamping what I actually came for
I absolutely agree. I started with a Taranis. I wish I had not, wasted a lot of cash on analogue R9M etc before getting to DJI. I will not build or buy another analogue drone. Once on the DJI system there is no going back.
@@MrFullSend Wait... so if I see the Signal Strength drop to 1 in the goggles, but I but my Megabits per second for the video is still perfectly fine, that means I can keep flying further out without worrying about losing radio control?

Thanks. That intro was abusive.

Hello there. I really like these red sticks. where can i buy them?

great video and great explanation. you seem to have som custom sticks on the dji controller. where would i get those?
I Agree 100%. I even use if for long range without any issues.
How far did u go with the remote? I have it also, but thinking about TBS Tango 2 =)

How it goes with the DJI 🎮?
What's the thread size for aftermarket stick heads on the black DJI remote, M3?
Did you find out? I can't find any info regarding this 😅
Hey thanks for the video. What are you using for a stand on the back of the DJI radios?.

nobody has a video on trim in betaflight the mid points on roll/pitch/yaw for drift.. would you be willing?
What receiver does it work with? Thanks in advance.
My drone doesn’t fly when I connect/sync it well, someone knows the issue? Thanks!

Where did you get the replacement gimbals/joysticks?

It's a stand - very helpful when you are sitting it down. You can find them most anywhere. I'll post a link in the description.
where did all the tires go?
which gimbal ends you use? can you give me a link?
that great to know. i am going that way.
You still using this 🎮?
I love the shayk and dronzen segments! Also, you should have added that you broke a switch while there and was able to remap it on the fly!
I know.. I was getting sick of editing it. :-). laziness!
Which gopro are you using?
Toothless FPV Hero 8... broke a lot of them so far. Thank goodness for the warranty.
How many quads can u assign to the dji tx?

amazing - good info dude !
I totally agree.
Does the DJI Controller output RSSI for the control link in the OSD?
If you use the controller you get the DJI link strength. 4 bars and it turns red when low.
@@MrFullSend but doesn't the controller have a seperate link to the air unit apart from the video link?
@@applewar1an same link.... it's not like a traditional analog where video is one and Tx is the other. It's a shared link.

Danny Chung that is correct... there are some bugs in the bars versus mbps. Just focus on mbps. Once it gets down to like 7 or so I turn around...

no word on the use of that thing on planes, just usefull for quads it seems, a missed chance
